Are movement configs bannable?

im rather new to cs and started using a config that makes bhoping way easier. almost too easy, idk if it de-subticks the movement input and i tried to get info from steam support about it. you may ask why go to that extent and its bc midgame my jump stopped working and after restarting cs it said reconnecting to counter strike network. i was able to rejoin the match tho and after that i moved all my skins to my main acc.

here’s where i got the configs from and all i had to do is an autoexec.cfg

if anyone can help me figure out if it’s bannable or not id be thankful since i dont even understand what the cfg really does

That one is really outdated.
The current trick to desubticking jumps is this:

autoexec.cfg

alias +jump_ "echo "+jump" | exec;"
alias -jump_ "echo "-jump" | exec;"
bind key +jump_

+jump.cfg

+jump;
clear

-jump.cfg

-jump;
clear

whats even the key to hitting a bhop? is it frame perfect jump input? i see ppl using scroll to jump but when i try it i hit them less than when i just use spacebar. (im using scroll/spacebar atm with this config)
