well yes, but you will need to make more ram with your harddrive then .. it will be alot slower .. but you will be able to run the game though ..

Go to Start > Run. Type sysdm.cpl and click OK. In the System Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab. Under Performance, click Settings. In the Performance Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab. Adjust the virtual memory setting .. I think that is what is buildin to windows today ..
you know Virtual memory .. but I dont know if it will run good though .. but you will be able to launch the game and load it
You could dumpster dive and find a 8GB stick lying around somewhere. (joke)
