It's probably not the devs but management deciding what the devs will work on.

There is no cheating. I play in Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul, and Tokyo servers but never see anyone cheating in all of these servers.

china/south korea/japan probably dont have many players

you are somewhat near russia which has the biggest player base for this game

They are full of Chinese and Rusky of course. The worst thing is just toxic players but that is not a problem as long I don't get what they are saying. Though I usually block servers and play only in HongKong and Singapore
