Hear shifting people?

Is it possible to hear someone shifting?
Only walking


What only walking means: No changing weapons, no scoping ONLY WALKING.

I think it is not possible but im not 100% sure cause i dont play long time. But in most FPS games when the enemy is walking, you can't hear him.

Maybe he heard you drop from somewhere or jump onto something. Maybe he was just walling.

It's impossible to hear people while sneaking or crouching. Enemies also can't hear if you jump onto an higher position. Enemies can hear tho dropping down from some spots, picking up guns, grenades and bombs.

If you sneak they can't hear you pick up the weapons either, they can only hear if you drop too far down or drop a weapon at too far down.

Is true, like dropping down from apts to underpants on mirage makes a noise if you drop too far, rip backstab :(, next time I'm walking around

Depends on what do you mean by small.
For example, you can silent drop from Overpass' balloon the frontside of toilet using the trashcan. Crouch walk, drop, then release crouch before you hit the trashcan, then repeat from trashcan to ground.
