You don't see winrate until you reach 4k, but if it's lower than 50% then system is right about taking more points for loss, since you barely can stand at your level.
You need just win a bit more, 52-53% and you'll be fine with points.
Why even explain such an obvious thing as you should be lowered at rank if you lose more games than you win?
When i was playing really bad, low dmg, bottom of the scoreboard for several matches due to technical issues with the game, ive also recieved -500 for losses.
After playing better and more stable it has gone away.
A friend of my play with me, he won +300 per match up to 4k and win still win +300 with me, and he has a 38% winrate.. I say again we speculate but no one know how is work.
lose = you are going to lose
why are you all loosening screws on tables?
if you mean why you get -500 for a LOSS (when you lose), then that's because system is broken. this applies to everyone.
you need 6/1 win/loss ratio to be able to get over 4000 rating.
since start of cs2, i've been getting only 100-130 for a win and -500 to -570 for a loss.
it makes no difference how well i play, i can be first or last, always same.
it slightly depends on other team's rating aswell
Its definitely has nothing to do with your own performance.
Im basically carry each game, and yet still cant progress lol reach level 4k, get mirrage, lose hard, go back to 3k, grind, reach 4k, get mirrage, lose hard, go back to 3k..rinse and repeat.
And it sucks to be stuck hard like that, as 3-4k isnt even all that fun to play, maybe at first, but then you start feeling like not improving while playing such low ranks.
The game mode itself is kinda bonkers imo. People most of the time ban good maps straight away, votes for rubbish maps, play like bots, you carry the whole team whatever and if you still lose, sends back to 3k..
Main problem is: Its not designed with solo q players in mind.
