nah you misunderstood, they set sensitivity to super high and spin like 100 times per second. as i said before ... they are provoking the system. setting super high DPI and low sensitivity is fine, but they are claiming that having super high sensitivity and spinning is what gets you banned.
99% sure it's nonsense, but not willing to risk it by testing myself.
i think there might be some truth to it, but i also think cheaters use this as an excuse on why they got banned.
i've heard it all "i borrowed my account to a friend" or like "i left my pc unlocked and my cat walked on keyboard and clicked on malware link" ... now it's just "i have high DPI mouse" ...
honestly it doesn't matter, because VAC saves logs and Steam / Valve is able to view those logs and determine the exact reason why VAC was triggered.
so if you are 100% sure you did not cheat, contact support and they will lift the ban if it was false positive.
Each one you find a different excuse for why you've been banned.
But to let you know a permaban from the forums will also lock you out from the game and from being able to trade your skins.
