I would suggest a glock and a USP skin for 1€ ion total.
Like, glock off world look good in all wear for 0.15€ max and that let you 0.85€ for an USP skin.....there's not that much choice nut there's a few.

there is no "best skin", its more personal because there is so much stuff possible to get on 1$
