And I mean.. Changing the duck key I'm used to for more than a decade of CS would suck
Yeah, I'm thinking that, ctrl+w is often used to close some applications windows, but then again in native windows it doesn't.
Worst idea ever mate =D
Yeah, I know man, I was just kidding cause there's a lot of better keys to bind. K is just unusable;
1.)Exit CSGO Via the main menu
2.)Restart Steam
3.)Restart your PC
4.)Re-Start Steam
5.)Verify File Cache
5.)Re-Start CSGO
6.)Re-Set keybinds to default, then re-bind them as preferred.
7.) Ensure that you are not using both CTRL keys together, or a CTRL+ALT etc. or otherwise perhaps enabling "sticky keys or such in the background.
8.)You might try toggling the Duck operation to mode, so you don't need to hold the key down, however this may take some gertting used to which would impact on your gameplay.
9.)Check your configuration files to ensure the binds are correct.
10.) If you still ave the issue, please note your KEYBOARD INPUT METHOD LANGUAGE and your Keyboard Manufacturer/Product also any gaming/keyboard/input software you may use, including any macros for Mouse etc. that may imitate keypress.
