2 Guys looking for a team/clan/friends

Me and my Italian friend are looking for a clan, to practice our headshot skills. We are on GN1. We both speak very good English, he lives in England (uni) and I've picked up an American-British accent through gaming. Recently we've been playing a lot of CS:GO, we are 8/10 times topping the scoreboard and really carrying the team (not to be arrogant or anything, but we really do carry most games, most of the time).

What we are looking for, is a team that will practice together, play ranked games together, develop tactics on tournament maps (Dust 2, Inferno, Mirage etc) and maybe get into some minor tournaments for cash rewards later on.

We also want down-to-earth team members, who don't rage after losing consecutive rounds and don't name-call, i.e. being a ♥♥♥♥♥.

I think we will rank up quickly if we get a somewhat solid consistent team, because we all know that there is always those one or two guys who are 2-0-12 while the rest is on double digit kills.

I prefer rifles, especially M4A1-S, because I feel I'm more consistent with the rifles, sometimes I'm just a god with the AWP, but there are times where I miss every shot. My friend is just an all-round kinda guy I think, when it comes to weapons in CS:GO, but I think he's a better AWP'er than me. We are pretty active, especially me, it looks like I'm gonna have a lot of freetime this year.

P.s. I'm 21 and he's 20. We both have excellent mics, speak good english and we don't go pointing the finger after we lost a game, we lose and win as a team.
