after many years of deciphering your post, my best guess is that you didn't play competitive matchmaking for a month and your rank disappeared. You can easily get it back by winning a single competitive game though.
In short, yeah. You're right.

my guess is nobody from valve nobody really knows when he started cheating so they would just wipe the entire match, resetting your progress towards your next rank/derank. it makes much more sense to just wipe the matches that he cheated in, but vac can only do so well and it's anyone's guess as to whether or not they know exactly which rounds he cheated in.

Isn't my fault that i had a cheater in my team why should i get punished for his actions.
Because likelyhood is he altered your rank.
