How to fix CS 30 FPS cap after Windows 10 anniversary update!

For those whom are wondering about why the cap is 30 despite your console caps default at 120 menu and 300 ingame it's because record DVR is turned on. Here is how to solve this.

1. Go to search bar.
2. Search for XBOX.
3. Click on XBOX.
4. Login.
5. Go to settings.
6. Game DVR.
7. Turn DVR off.

Uninstalling the xbox app doesn't seem to fix the issue, the issue is fixed only when you disable the GameDVR

How to do that:
a) google a registry fix on how to do so (or go in the app directly and turn it off from there)
