tradeit.gg wont let me withdraw

Bought a skin from that site yesterday. I can't withdraw it because im faced with a never ending, "processing trade" and so it just never sent me a trade. I can easily buy other stuff tho did i just get scammed

the item might be having socket error because 2 user had made the process at the same time with the same item, What will happen on that situation is the item will be sent to you or the item will be gone and the value of it will be entered on your balance. Or if it is CS item it might have a trade lock cooldown.

never had any problems, traded there in 2019 about 100$ knife with about 40$ of profit reselling cheapest holo stickered items later
