if you don't like the tips from players who had this issue, why are you even here? uninstall those packages, verify the game's files or reinstall csgo - only 3 options you have. Other options will not work, there was a nice thread about his issue on reddit. everyone said: 1st option fixed the issue
u can try to delete steam.exe, or use old steam .exe
delete all files (not folders) from Steam folder, open old steam.exe
Open your Steam folder => Steamapps and delete your "downloading" folder.
Restart Steam, this should fix it. :)
Deleted > Stopped playing for a few months.
Came back after around 8 months > worked.
I deleted autoexec, reinstalled the game, opened as admin, closed everything that could interfere and nothing worked.
