There is a way to mitigate this though, and it's going to be down to a few changes you can do. I don't have personal knowledge of CSGO as I've never played it, but if you can, try nosing around different servers and see if you can find any like minded people, then note it for the future.
Soon enough you can build a pool of known good places to go.
You can also mitigate by changing your playtime if possible too (or even region, if you are able too). For myself, I'm retired, and my body clock is messed up, so any time I want to play online, I tend to avoid hours that kids are around - so any time from 4pm to about 10 pm is out.
Not only does this knock out the younger itinerants, but I foten find that adults who are toxic can often takes part at those times too.
Sure you get less people on then, but generally I always get better results then.
Any game that has high amount of it will have a high amount of toxic players.
They are winners, so if their team does not win, it must be someones fault.
Good players can see a gg in a lost match.
