How many Developers are working on CSGO?

Csgo was released 2012.. 4 years ago. Its one of the most important shooters ever, and valve makes a lot profit with it.
So why are there still so many bugs and problems in csgo?
I estimate that there around 5-10 people working on that game(half of them sound designer), according to the progress made in 4 years. Seriously, if i were gabe, i woudl put around 100 developers on that game to make it as perfect as possible, but instead we get content NO ONE ASKED FOR.You can correct me, but i never saw a thread requesting: new sounds, r8, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ spray system, new skins, ♥♥♥♥ servers(atleast in russia,poland) etc...
CSGO could do SO MUCH BETTER. It could be even more popular but instead Valve treats csgo like its an unimportant game where you just try to make as much profit as possible. Sure, profit is the aim of game business, but focusing ONLY on profit while not listening to the community is... ♥♥♥♥. Valve is becoming EA. And yeah, some of the deathmatch server suck really hard. As far as i know, choke means that the server has to delete packages because it is overloaded... i had a choke ranging from 40 -60 %
This discussion wont make csgo any better since im pretty sure ANYONE from valve seeing this is just gonna ignore it... but i really wish that csgo becomes what it once was..
BTW: I am le-lem, im quite expirienced in level design and i have an education in programming, so i know exactly what im talking about....

The sad reality is that Dota 2 makes them the most money. Which is why they focus on that game over CS.

you can't buy bug fixes on ebay... and also taking 100 developers wouldn't make the game automatically better. You may know how to program but you definitely didn't work as a professional software developer...

if u were gabe u would have took the smart decision and cut the expense as much as u can. with your set of mentality valve will be broke or lets just say "not as rich".

that only mean u weren't around here for too long, there is +100 of threads anout adding the r8 and the spray, even people suggesting to make the spray cost money, that how much people wanted it.
