Give tips to someone who regularly gets destroyed by Silver 1s!

I know nade throws and callouts, general communication and coordination, movement, some economy strats etc. but my aim is absolutely abysmal and I usually go with a k/d ratio of about 0.4 against Silver 1s, for the love of god give me some tips!

Areas I struggle in are aim, (Despite having 175+ hours here and 1200+ in TF2, still cant hit anything even though I practice recoil patterns and play pretty regularly) peeking, and most of all, AWPs, if I dont have any nades and theres an AWP on site I may aswell just suicide if my teammates cant take care of it

Not much i can do but say that dont use r8 unless you can use it. Rotate with your team and if a awp is watching. In my opinion, just get out of the awpers sight

I also have many hours in tf2 which is not really as much aim based as cs:go. So when i started playing cs it also was kinda hard. My tip for you would be to get a good mousepad and mouse. If you already have that, play around with sensitivity, and see what you like (my sensitivity is around 1500 btw). I would also recommend you to just play deathmatch, and especially headshot only community deathmatch servers.

But you only have 175 hours, so you are just getting started! The aim will get better over time.

Yo my Aim Is Decent And Shiz Nades n stuff tho but what i do to get my aim better is go into some nexus nations 1v1's and stuff i got better aim from only using an awp when i was in S2/3 So i'd Recommend doing something like that :D from one semi noob to another. just dont work yourself up it all comes naturally

If your aim is bad, you might have entirely the wrong sensitivity, or a mouse with a poor sensor, or one that has acceleration enabled. Do you practise on workshop maps like "Aimbots"?

Your effective DPI (mouse DPI x in-game sensitivity should be around 800 - 1200 to be anything like correct). My DPI is 800, and my in game sensitivity is 1.2, so my effective DPI is 1000. Raw mouse input is on. Acceleration is off.

For spraying, you should have "r_drawtracers_firstperson 1" in your config file. It helps a lot.

For most people ... Tap at long range. Burst at medium range. Spray at close range.
