Why isn't Valve doing anything about Counter Blox, a ROBLOX copy that is making money off of stolen assets

I'm gonna get straight into the topic

For people who are not aware, there is a ROBLOX game (https://web.roblox.com/games/301549746/GLOVES-Counter-Blox) and it's clearly stealing assets from CS:GO. The biggest example is the announcement sounds such as 'The bomb has been planted' and the bomb beeping sounds, the clicking noise from the old menu, and various other sounds used thru the game. It also steals textures from CS:GO, such as the Counter-Terrorists logo that is used in the main menu of the game. Not to mention, straight copied maps, they're basically remake copies of the map. Now, it used to also steal the CS:GO gun meshes, but they have been removed a while ago so I'm not gonna count that.

Now, a counter to this I see is that ''They are not making any money from it and it's fair use''. The problem that it's wrong. As you can see here ( https://gyazo.com/b740e27d6cab284a61c9897d24ba6b46 ) is that they're selling weapon skins and in-game funds for Robux, a virtual currency used in the Roblox platform which can be cashed out as real money using Roblox's 'Developer Exchange Program (Learn more here https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/203314100-Developer-Exchange-DevEx-FAQs ) and they are creating income from stolen CS:GO assets, and Valve is not doing anything.


TL;DR: Bunch of people are earning money from stolen assets

- you see some random kid that reminds you of your kid imitating stuff you do
- you find that cute af

So yes, they don't mind it.

Sure, it's stealing assets, but it's a kids game and honestly it's probably giving CS:GO a little extra attention from those people.

Basically, it's not harming CS:GO enough to matter much.

Besides, I don't think the game is sold on Steam, and if some website somewhere hosts it - it's not like you can just take it down.

Good point, CS was born from a mod so taking down a game that is meant to sort of emulate it would be pretty stupid.
