CS:GO Randomly causes me walk when I don’t press that key

About once per game of competitive, I’ll be in a match and at some point my guy starts to be stuck at a slow walk. It’s as if the walk key gets stuck but I never press it. The only fix is to close csgo all the way out, relaunch and reconnect to the game, which typically means I miss a whole round.
I have been googling and I saw that one person had a similar issue and fixes it by unplugging the keyboard, which I will try next game it happens in. I checked the keys. They don’t stick. Windows sticky keys is turned off. I’m not able to see the point in unbind since I can’t see a key conflict. Any other suggestions?

I had this problem before too, might be caused by the keyboard as there might be someting under it or so

I bought a new keyboard and everythings fine. Razer hunstman elite.

This happened to my friend a couple days ago so he completely just unbinded the walk key

Interesting idea about unbinding walk. I tried making walk another key but it didn’t solve the issue. It’s something software related. My keyboard works just perfectly aside from this csgo glitch. My walk key is currently “caps lock” because I use shift for talk.

Okay I “think” my issue is solved, so thank you all for the help and ideas. Apparently there is a toggle walk and a regular walk. My walk key got set to caps lock toggle instead of caps lock. Not sure how or when that occurred but it’s just set to caps lock now. I guess it’s a matter of hitting the key once/twice/three times when you set the walk key up in the settings that puts toggle on it.
