Can You Get Keys off random drops?
just wondering how people get keys. And how are they selling it on the community market

They buy them ingame or buy them off the Community Market.
U can only get Grafittis and Skins from certain Map Collections as Weekly Lvl Up Drops.
And Cases as random Drops

No, you can't. Those in the market are put there by the people who bought them from the game itself.

Keys are not distributed through in-game drops.
Those "selling" the keys via the STeam Marketplace will have the keys in their "Steam Inventory"

they buy it in game. there is a market inside csgo that is not player sell. Its valve. Alot cheaper i think....
