all of em got unbanned i think, happened a while ago

they are just not allowed to participate in majors i think.. esl etc unbanned them but valve sponsored events are forbidden for swag, dazed, steel etc..

Hmm personally I don't quite enjoy seeing cheaters being accepted to games again, especially when they do it for profit. Quite an insult to everyone who plays the game legit.

Swag, Azk, Dazed and Steel are all unbanned except for Valve sponsored events. A.K.A major championships. They are allowed to participate in e.g. IEM and Dreamhack

It was ESL who unban them, not Valve.

As others pointed out, they aren't unbanned.

But some third parties seem to have decided that money is more important than honor, integrity, and the longevity of the scene - but it's not a real surprise coming from the people that brought us a bitcoin miner, is it?

I have to agree with killer here letting banned players be it vac or match fixing should be banned from all events.

With professional players they have a different banning system. I am unaware of how it works but I believe it’s more lienient than the average player.

i just can't understand how come Gaben and Volvo ban Forsaken for 5 years, while he was aimlocking an entire major, and ban these young prodigies for matchfixing 1 match, permanently. i can't find the logic behind only banning forsaken for 5 years, i think the roles should be reversed.
