Report a translation problem
Only Avira cries it's a virus... all other antiviruses says it's clean

BitDefender Free Antivirus is good... the problem is that you don't have much options in free version :P
1. Delete Counterstrike Global Offensiv.
2. Delete Antivir Avira.
3. Install CSGO again.
4. Now it should work.
I guess you can just put it on the List on Priority on Avira to just ignore the Folder Steam.
I did this 4 Steps now I can install/update and run/play CSGO.
Better
1. Delete Avira
2. Go to /Steam/SteamApps/Common/Counter Strike Global Offensive/
3. Delete csgo.exe
4. Verify game cache
