Roblox and Counter Blox

As many people have seen a game on roblox called Counter Blox: Roblox Offensive has entered the spotlight for many youtubers. In the game it seems similar the guns and sounds/music are pulled identically from the game files. There doesnt seem to be any sort of agreement with valve giving them use on a public server. Was wanting to know peoples thoughts on whether or not valve should take acton.

Hmm. I've never seen this before! Well, if the main developers aren't receiving money from it, then I don't see much of an issue there.

As long as the people aren't monitizing any money from it I don't think Valve CAN do anything about it. Kind of a Fair Use Act thing (no that's not just YouTuber)

It's using CS:GO music that is licenced by Valve.

It's a pretty nice game, based on like 20 minutes of playing. The settings aren't functional, so I can't change my binds. But other than that, it's just an endless casual game with a similar gameplay.

It depends if roblox is making money of of this game then valve may take action but there is no money being made from this then they dont have to take action to take it down but the still can if they copied files from the original game file
