Frame Rate is Bad
I'm sorry, but the game is running slow. Shouldn't it be running at 60 fps? And in case you ask, yes. I have all of the required system specs. The graphics card, the RAM -- I have it all. Also, your store page for the enhanced edition keeps changing itself to a different language every time it's visited.

I have a 2080 TI and I'm getting drops below 30 fps in the starting area lol

I have an nVidia GeForce GTX 1060. That may seem low to you, yet the recommended requirement is a GTX 760.

if you have a integrated gpu it will 100% take it over your high end even if you force it with nvidia control panel
Zungita Apr 3, 2019 @ 12:48pm
@jodike, what does that mean?

I don't what you just said there. Is there a way to rephrase it?

Mine FPS is very low even at the starting cinematics. I haven't even tried starting the game as mouse movement is also slow. Mine GFX is 1060 6Gb. I know its not graphics processor problem. Hope to get solution soon.

Well, this is a bad release. I'm getting tired of all of these video game companies releasing their products either incomplete or broken. The only upside to this is that the enhanced version is free since I already got the game years ago.

It doesn't work for me. It's still stuttering.

In my case the 22-62 frame rate lock was the issue, switching that to 60 fixed it. Or dissabling that option

But with whichever option I choose, it's still stuttering. Look, I may not have so much of a sophisticated computer such as one with a GTX 2080, but my system specs are above the recommended requirements. It shouldn't be doing this.

I'm having a similar issue.

The game is running smooth at 60 FPS most of the time, but I did have a bit of stuttering - nothing too big for the most part. But then right after I killed Nine Toes, I travelled to the Underdome (to store a legendary) and then back to Fyrestone and at that point the game became pretty much unplayable. FPS dropped to below 10, only occasionally going to 30+, but for the most part the game was WAY too slow.

My system specs are also above recommended and actually just recently installed a 1660 Ti (which the game detected with no issues).

everyone restart your game for whatever reason that solved mine and my brothers problem with the terrible lag and input delays we were having

I restarted it five times now. And guess what? No change!

If you have Nvidia right click on your desktop and go to Nvidia control panel, then go to program settings, find or add borderlands, then switch it from "use global settings" or "us integrated graphics" to High Performance processor.
