You can cheat in credits, that's about all. And doing that is through cheat engine.

Ok. I'll bite. Why would you want to cheat in an early access game? By the time you make it through the story thus far you will pretty much have just about everything you can get and absolutely destroy ships you encounter soon as they warp in unless you are testing different weapon combos. I meant this as a real question and in now way is it sarcastic or anything like that.

Grab dnSpy, open up `Between the Stars\BetweenTheStars_Data\Managed\Assembly-CSharp.dll` and change the games code as you wish.

Note that it's either in Spanish or obfuscated, but in tandem with cheat engine and its mono analysis, you can find anything.

Only thing I changed was the build multiplier so things build/scrap/research quickly.
I wound up just leaving the game running in the backround waiting for it to finish stuff whist not playing, so I figured this was a better solution for me.

Everything in this game is in 4-byte with cheat engine, skill points / resources / money.

Skill points are easy as soon as you have found it once and give points change to a new crew member and change the same address number to give that one points.

I know you think you are entitled to tell us how we need to play our game but some might argue we do not need to share your views and even more might request you to be silent.

and why not, what is the problem with a solo game ? you play your way, let others play their way and don't pollute topics with your useless opinion ... Thanks


Anyway as said higher, No cheat codes but cheat engine is easy to use for this kind of things :) and works for 99% solo games

I use Wemod for cheating. I haven't on this game because can get through game without it but this title has cheats available on Wemod.

there is literally no point in cheating with this game its a great game its well balanced and its really not hard if i can play this without cheating so could any five year old as im not a God Teir gamer if you cheat you will just miss out on most of the fun in the game

Or just use mods. GMod has multipliers for all sorts of ♥♥♥♥ that can make it easy (and options like infinite ammo), or Creative Mode if you just wanna make things with no cost.
