Is it possible to add the reaper buff to a monster?

Hello, I am attempting to make a new nation and would like to give it a less then common play style and a few gods with a plague spreading function. The reaper buff/debuff seems to be exactly what would fit what I am trying to do but I am unsure how to add it to a monster or if you can? I would be very thankful if someone would be able to tell me if they know if this can be done or not and if so how to go about doing it. Thank you for the help ^^

It's in the manual:

#leper <percent>
The monster spreads a very deadly disease that kills population and infects military units in the province. The percent value is the chance for a military unit in the same province to be infected.

Oh, apologies. It never occurred to me that reaper was the same as leper. Thank you for the help. Also as a aside I really enjoy your work ^^
