At least the Titan of Heaven has the same problem. I have not checked other pretenders.

This update includes the usual bugfixes and balance tweaks, and also reworks some of the new Globals. There are a few new spells and Pretenders, including some new recruits and spells for Eriu from gothefungus's Eriu Expansion Pack:
Heartless has added a few alterations to make Dom Enhanced games using Disciple mode or the All-Ages mod run more smoothly.
Foul Vapours now costs 2 gems to avoid sneaking a caster under the gem triggering limit.
Dragon Kings was a little strong early on, and therefore a few of their recruits have been made into summons to limit their use.
Finally, a new realm has been added to Dom Enhanced - North America. This realm includes 3 new nations spanning all three ages: Chaco/Ongtupqa (EA, MA, LA), Nihuala (EA, MA, LA) and Nahullo (EA). These nations have their own suite of Pretenders and spells similar to other realms such as the Celtic or Mediterranean nations.

A nation of cannibalistic giants descended from the Avvim ruling over human tribes. Based on myths and legends of pale skinned cannibal giants amongst several native tribes.

Also - new release!
This is mainly a bugfixing and balance release fixing a few bugs with some of the new content added in the last patch. It also makes a few balance changes nerfing some of the big scary nations (Ashdod, Nazca) by bringing Anakites rec point cost in line with other similar sacreds and by delaying Nazca's Huaca Headdress to head off their Supaya spam somewhat. Also a few buffs for Asphodel including some bonus bless points to make up for the fact Regeneration no longer works on all their units, allowing Black Dryads to reanimate Manikins and a few extra spells.
Finally the monkey nations got a few additional units and items based on suggestions by an anonymous poster on domg:

I had come on here to mention something about the B Queen. To wit, she doesn't have S1 in my game, even when DE is the only mod. I don't see any typo and commenting out the nature line doesn't seem to matter?
