Event 3702 looks like monster present is wrong.
Event 1119 is a vanilla event, but you are right it appears to be bugged. Probably need to report to Illwinter in the main bug thread. The 3702 event (and 3701 in fact) are bugged tho, I'll get that fixed for the next release.

Edit I recruited turtle men they are poor amphibians, once in water they get the turtle triton tribe sprite and become amphibians
MA Tartary raze temple instead of converting them as it says in the description of the faction! not sure if it's a % or it should always convert though.
The Dead Ones thing isn't really a bug, but it is an unintended side effect. Dead Ones in the vanilla game are only used by the spell Vengeance of the Dead, and they have a tag to let them use normal leadership to make the spell work. I added them as a special site summon but I forgot about the tag, which does come across as a bit odd. I'll probably swap the site to summon something else so it isn't as confusing.
The Turtle Men thing is in vanilla, they are Mermen that gain fish tails in the water. The poor amphibian out of water thing is something a few creatures have to denote they have another shape or penalties out of water, it is a little counterintuitive.

Also, new update!
This fixes a few bugs aswell as makes some balance changes. Most Monster Pretenders gained a few points of Protection as some were struggling to really perform as expanders, and the forging Titans got a little love.
One change in this release is I redistributed the Artifacts throughout the research levels, lowering some to Construction 6 or even 4 where it seemed appropriate. A few new artifacts were added to the lower construction levels, and a bunch of new ones were added to Construction 8 to help fill the holes left by moving the lower-powered ones to lower levels. Hopefully this leads to more interesting gameplay with artifacts to fight over earlier, and also boosts the value of Construction 8 with the addition of new powerful items.
There have also been some nation tweaks, Ryugo-jo had the cost of some of it's units increased whilst C'tis, Ind, Erytheia and Pythium gained new spells.
