Hello everyone, and welcome on the official thread of the greatest of my mods so far: HELLENIKA[drive.google.com]!

First released on this forum thread[dominionsmods.com], Hellenika is a single mod that focuses on the Early Ages and the ancient mediterranean world (particularly, but not exclusively, from a Greek point of view). In this mod, you'll find:
  • All of my mod nations, also accessible separately in stand alone versions, but slightly modified here to receive enhanced mutual compatibility;
  • Pantheon Reborn, another of my mods accessible as a stand alone version, and likewise slightly modified; this one affects pretender balance by modifying nearly all vanilla pretenders in the game, in particular Titans;
  • Rebirth, another of my mods accessible as a stand alone version, a simple yet popular mechanic that slowly repopulates low population provinces;
  • MANY heavily modified vanilla nations, some taken from the later ages and moved to EA (MA Caelum (renamed to Hararat), MA Asphodel, MA Bandar Log, MA Uruk (renamed to Akkad), MA Phlegra, MA Phaeacia, MA Ind, MA Na'Ba (renamed to Sa'Ba), MA Atlantis, MA Ys, LA Arcoscephale (renamed to Delphanes), LA C'tis (renamed to Aabydum), LA Phlegra (Porphyrion), LA Ragha, LA R'lyeh and LA Erytheia), and others already from the Early Ages (Arcoscephale, Ermor in two identical versions called Old Ermor and New Ermor, Ulm, Marverni, Sauromatia, Machaka, Abysia, Caelum, C'tis, Pangaea, Agartha, Tir na n'Og, Fomoria, Vanheim (renamed to Midgård), Rus, Niefelheim, Kailasa, Lanka, Yomi (renamed to Subartu), Hinnom, Ur (renamed to Eridu), Berytos, Mekone, Ubar, Atlantis (renamed to Iapeto), R'lyeh (renamed to Aulgyaththu), Pelagia, Oceania and Therodos); most of these nations received new lore, new content, new mechanics and some balance changes, and none of these modifications are available outside Hellenika! For example, Hellenika lets EA Ermor cast a very powerful ritual that opens up the Gates of Death and irreversibly transforms the entire nation into MA Ermor!
  • In Hellenika, you almost WON'T find any change to the general rules of the game; this is a huge difference with Magic Enhanced, which not only modifies vanilla nations but also modifies spells and items available to every nation and adds new ones. Hellenika doesn't do this and focuses on modifying exclusive national content only, even though there are very few and light exceptions to that point.
  • When downloading the mod, you'll also receive a .pdf file containing a full list of Hellenika's changes compared to the vanilla game! I strongly advice reading the parts of that .pdf that interest you if you want to play a vanilla nation that was modified by Hellenika.
And now (in next post), let's briefly explain what each mod contained in Hellenika does! Just remember, however, that Hellenika also contains changes of its own; to know them precisely, you will have to read the .pdf included with the mod.

On another note, I'm not sure if this is intentional since the pretender may also be for Atlantis, but the basalt king Ghost King pretender lacks the spellsinging of other basalt kings in Iapeto.

The final update... ELVES!
Just released v2.20... yes, it's finally there! In this HUGE update which increases the changelog's size by roughly 15% and which adds about THREE new nations, I offer you a truly HORRIFYING gift for Halloween: ELVES. Given that Dominions 6 is going to be released soon, I worked very hard to make Dominions 5's version of Hellenika as great as possible for the posterity. Of course, it was impossible for me to do everything I would have wanted, but the quest for perfection is endless, so in the name of getting things done I had to put a line somewhere. In any case, barring the likely flurry of post-release hotfixes and the potential occasional small tweak, I expect this will be the last update for Hellenika in Dominions 5. Wow, this was a wild ride! I hope you all will keep great memories of these 5 years together and will keep having fun with Hellenika at least for a few months before moving on to Dominions 6. Despite this PROBABLY being the last update, I feel very excited about it - Hellenika is far from dead, there is still A LOT to explore there! As for porting Hellenika to Dominions 6, I can say I will try, but I can't promise I will succeed: this is a huge undertaking, and one that will require throwing away a lot of my previous works. In any case, without further ado, let us look at these juicy patch notes...

GENERAL:
  • The following component mods were updated: Pantheon Reborn (from 1.25 to 1.26), Thalamanth (from 1.36 to 1.37), Triliax (from 1.30 to 1.31), Nabatem (from 1.29 to 1.30), Karanaac (from 1.33 to 1.34), Cyanautha (from 1.20 to 1.21), Zun (from 1.21 to 1.22), U (from 1.18 to 1.19), Bethel She'em (from 1.14 to 1.15). As usual, please refer to their dedicated threads for more information.
  • Hellenika's full changelist is now also available online at {ПРЕМАХНАТА ВРЪЗКА}
  • The "General" section of Hellenika's full changelist was divided in three ("General changes", "Pretender changes" and "Miscellaneous changes").
  • Helheim was removed from the game, as it was merged with Vanheim as Midgård.
  • Xibalba was also removed from the mod for now, as with the coming of Dominions 6 it is likely the Dominions 5 version of Hellenika never will include it. Should a rework of the nation be made, it will be reenabled.
  • The population bonus for starting on a coast as a non-coastal nation was increased from 2000 per dry land neighbouring province too 3000 per dry land neighbouring province, but it is now limited to a maximum of three neighbouring provinces; furthermore, each nation that benefits from this bonus now receives an event message from each targeted province on turn 2 to warn it about that fact.
  • Bethel She'em's new Divine Egregore pretender became accessible to all nations except for Ylthule; however, unlike in Bethel She'em's stand alone version, the entire world is warned at the beginning of the game for each nation that has picked this pretender (up to one nation each month gives this global warning, so it may take multiple months if multiple nations picked this pretender); furthermore, for nations other than Bethel She'em, it has 25% chance per turn of going rogue starting from turn 24, thus fighting the player in its weak form and irreversibly leaving them without a god to recall and without an incarnate bless; furthermore, until the end of the game it reduces the capital's tax income by 20% and the capital's dominion by 1 candle per month, and for Karanaac it also kills 20% of the capital population upon awakening.
  • All Doom Horrors had their MR increased from 22 to 24 and their fear from 20 to 30.
  • Kurgi, Slave to Unreason HP increased from 404 to 666, and it now has regeneration 2.
  • Umor, Eater of Gods damage reversal increased from 1 to 2 in first shape, from 2 to 4 in second shape and from 3 to 6 in third shape, magic power increased from 1 to 2 in second shape and from 2 to 3 in third shape, and now automatically casts Quicken Self at the start of battle.
  • Agon, Eater of Dreams raise chance increased from 25 to 50% and it received 15 to all elemental resistances and banefire shield 8.
  • Rarku, Hunter of Heroes received regeneration 50 and now automatically casts Time Stop at the start of battle.
  • Scabiel, Maker of Ruins protection increased from 35 to 40 and HP from 222 to 333, received reinvigoration 15 and now automatically casts Phoenix Pyre at the start of battle.
  • Hruvur, Abomination of Desolation HP increased from 140 to 222, innate caster from 2 to 3, summoned False Horrors from 10 to 4d6 (exploding, average 16), received reinvigoration 10, and now casts Soul Vortex at the start of battle.
  • New generic ritual: Supreme Architecture, Thaum 0, E1, 15 gems, may only be cast from a Monumental Quarry, while active destroys all Monumental Quarries under the caster's control and has a 50% monthly chance of generating 1d3 Earth gems in each fully controlled temple.
  • New generic ritual: Carve Monumental Quarry, Const 1, E1, 75 gems, creates a Monumental Quarry in the province if it doesn't already have one, fails if cast while already controlling Supreme Architecture.
  • At the beginning of the game, each non-capital dry land province now has a 1% chance of receiving a hidden Monumental Quarry; only one site may appear this way each game, and a Holy 3 or more site searcher will be needed to locate it.
  • The following nations now start with a Monumental Quarry in their capital: Arcoscephale, Marverni, Machaka, Abysia, Agartha, Hinnom, Mekone, Iapeto, Phlegra, Sa'Ba, Aabydum, Knoss, Triliax, Cyanautha.
  • Marverni, Machaka, Knoss and Nabatem received a 0 gem version of Supreme Architecture.
  • Ermor, Caelum and Triliax received a 45 gems version of Carve Monumental Quarry.
  • Shortsword is now a forgeable generic artifact (F2N2).
VANHEIM:
  • Name and epithet changed to Midgård, Dusk and Dawn.
  • Lore was completely rewritten.
  • Automated capital placement will now prefer coasts and avoid wastes and farms.
  • Received an extra 3 Death gems income.
  • Now starts with a Monumental Quarry in its capital.
  • A level 3+ Air mage can now enter site in the capital to summon one Vanhere per turn.
  • A level 1+ Earth mage can now enter site in the capital to summon one Valkyrie per turn.
  • A level 3+ Death mage can now enter site in the capital to summon one Helhirding per turn.
  • Can now recruit Svartalf, Dis, Hangadrott and Helhirding in the capital.
  • Can now recruit Skinshifters, Galdermen and Helkarls in all forts.
  • Dis, Helkarl, Hangadrott, Helhirding and Svartalf received dark power 3.
  • Vanadrott and Helkarl received research bonus 2, and all national units (other than heroes) with research bonus now lose 2 levels in all known magic paths during either the Spring and Summer or Fall and Winter depending on whether they are associated with Helheim or Vanheim.
  • All of Midgård's mounted mages are now combat casters.
  • All Van mages now twiceborn as themselves.
  • Norna, Hangadrott, Vanadrott, Svartalf and Dwarf Smith com point cost was reduced from 4 to 2.
  • Hangadrott received research bonus 8 and gold cost was reduced from 425 to 245.
  • Vanadrott received +1 Blood magic level and gold cost was reduced from 425 to 245.
  • Dis com point cost was reduced from 2 to 1 and gold cost from 200 to 145.
  • Helkarl gold cost reduced from 160 to 90 and com point cost from 2 to 1, and they no longer require a laboratory for recruitment.
  • Svartalf received an extra 10% random, research bonus 2 and forge bonus 20%, and gold cost was reduced from 240 to 155.
  • Dwarven Smiths received an extra Air magic level, research bonus 2 and forge bonus 20%, gold cost was reduced from 195 to 155 and their prophet shape received +1 Earth magic and no longer loses power during the dark season.
  • Norna received extra max age (but are still old), spellsinger, cursed luck shield 1, flying, glamour, stealthy 65, spiritsight, dark power 3, research bonus 2, +2 HP, +1 str, +1 att, +3 def, +2 prec and +2 MR, and their paths were changed to D2 +100% AEDB +100% ESDB +10% AEDB.
  • Galdermen received spellsinger, glamour, stealthy 65, increased age and max age, research bonus 2, +3 def and +3 MR in both shapes and in Van shape +1 str, +2 prec and +1 att; gold cost also reduced from 205 to 185.
  • Skinshifters received glamour, stealthy 65, +250 max age, berserk 2 and +4 MR in both shapes and in Van shape +1 att and +1 def, but their gold cost was increased from 25 to 35.
  • Vanjarls, Vanherses, Vanadrotts and Mounted Hirdmen received pillage bonus 2.
  • Huskarls and Hirdmen received pillage bonus 1.
  • Fay Boars no longer cost upkeep.
  • Received access to the Summon Glosos ritual, and Glosos received poison barbs 5.
  • Received access to Seith Curse for 0 gem.
  • Received a 8 gems version of Iron Dragon.
  • Lost access to the vanilla version of Mechanical Militia and received a 30 gems version of it.
  • Received access to the Svartalf Mastersmith and Dracolich pretenders.
  • Now also accesses as heroes MA Vanheim/LA Midgård's Einhere, Helheim's Hangadrottning and Utgård's Norna of the Present. Furthermore, none of Midgård's heroes changes with seasons.
  • The Norna of the Present is now automatically joined by the Norna of the Past and the Norna of the Future one month after her apparition, also they all received buffs similar to other Norna and their paths were changed.
  • The Einhere hero received new lore, vastly increased stats, and among other abilities glamour, recuperation, A1W1H1, fixed forge bonus 2, the ability to cast spells twice as fast as most other mages, and the ability to automatically cast Fanaticism at the start of battle, however he no longer can lead troops and he is now a latehero 10.
  • The Vanadrott hero was renamed to Einvaldi and received new lore, increased stats (especially increased mapmove, recuperation and storm power) and a large retinue of sacred Vanhirding cavalry, and he can now spend the month summoning two extra Vanhirding.
  • The Hangadrott hero's H magic skill was increased from 2 to 3 and she received new lore, recuperation, reinvigoration 10, innate spellcasting 1, master ritualist 1, and the ability to spread dominion like a prophet.
  • The Vanadis hero's F magic skill was increased from 2 to 3 and she received recuperation and immortality, but she is now a latehero 10.
YS:
  • Moved to EA.
  • Lore completely rewritten.
  • Automated capital placement will now prefer nothing and avoid gorges and deep seas.
  • Starting gem income increased by 1 A.
  • Now starts with an extra capital site used for some rituals: the Arkenstone.
  • Now generates +25% resources in forts.
  • Now generates an extra 50 resources in the capital.
  • Morvarc'h riders received +2 mapmove and +6 ap in their underwater shape.
  • All Morgen have their gold cost halved while Thetis' Blessing is active.
  • Knights of Ys and Knight Commanders of Ys received +4 mapmove.
  • All Morgen including the Morgen High Queen pretender now twiceborn as themselves.
  • Morgen Princesses and Morgen Sorceresses received a crown armor.
  • Morgen Princesses and Morgen Champions received combat caster.
  • Morgen Champions may now be recruited in all underwater forts, but only while a Morgen Princess or hero is present.
  • Up to one Morvac'h Knight per month may now be recruited in underwater forts other than the capital, but only while a Morgen Princess or hero is present.
  • Ysian Druids gold cost reduced from 165 to 130, they can now spend the month summoning 5 frogs and they received an extra 80 magic leadership.
  • Ysian Commander, Knight Commander of Ys and Kernou Chieftain com point cost reduced from 1 to 0.
  • Kernou Druid com point cost reduced from 2 to 1 and they received +2 MR.
  • Swanherd com point cost increased from 1 to 4 but swans are now sacred.
  • Ys' Merrow troops had their gold costs reduced by 25%.
  • Kernou troops, chieftains and swanherds received +3 MR and morale.
  • New ritual: Awaken the Arkenstone, Const 3, E1H2, 15 gems, may only be cast from the Arkenstone capital site, immediately summons or resurrects the Arkenstone, a unique, mindless, immobile, unteleportable S4H3 commander, but also destroys the Arkenstone site, which will automatically return 11 months after the Arkenstone's death.
  • Received access to the Monster Boar ritual.
  • Lost access to the vanilla versions of Thetis' Blessing and Dispel.
  • Received a research level 5, S1H3, 15 gems version of Thetis' Blessing which can only be cast by the Arkenstone.
  • Received a research level 5, S6H3, 50 gems version of Fata Morgana which can only be cast by the Arkenstone.
  • Received a research level 7, S7H3 version of Strands of Arcane Power which can only be cast by the Arkenstone and can be cast by mindless beings.
  • Received a S7H3 version of Magic Duel which can only be cast by the Arkenstone and can be cast by mindless beings.
  • Received a research level 0, A1H1 and 4 gems version of Phantasmal attack.
  • Received a research level 3, A3H1 version of Phantasmal Army.
  • Received a research level 6, A4H1 version of Mists of Deception.
  • Received an A4H2, 4 gems version of Trade Wind.
  • New ritual: Dome of Concealment, research level 0, A4H2 version of Dome of Solid Air that costs 4 gems and can only be cast underwater.
  • New ritual: Dub Swan Champion, Conj 0, W3A3, 45 gems, castable in coastal provinces only, summons a Swan Champion from Magic Enhanced with a few modifications, these Swan Champions have a retinue of sacred flying Swan Knights and can spend the month training a permanent Swan Knight for free.
  • New ritual: Call Swanmay, Thaum 5, A5H2, 30 gems, castable in coastal provinces only, summons a Swanmay from Magic Enhanced with different paths and a few other modifications, these AWN mages produce Water gems in human shape and Air gems in swan shape.
  • New ritual: Sing the Arkensong, Thaum 0, S1H3, 0 gems, may only be cast by the Arkenstone, triggers a worldwide event that warns all players about it and reduces Magic by 1 worldwide, and then three months later empowers the Arkenstone by one level in Astral magic (up to S8 max), destroys it, and reduces Magic by 3 worldwide.
  • Received access to the Eternal Gate and Symbol of Creation pretenders.
  • The Morgen Queen hero received +1 W, E and H levels as well as new lore.
  • The Queen of the North hero received +1 H level, N2 and new lore.

RUS:
  • Capital site now grants cold resistance 5 bless.
  • Now starts with a Dragon Rune in the capital, but starting gem production was adjusted to remain unchanged.
  • All Rusian humans (troops, commanders and mages) no longer cost upkeep.
  • All Chudes received boar tattoo 10 and all other tattoos with a value of 4.
  • The scouts of Rus were renamed to Rusian scouts and their gold cost was reduced from 25 to 20.
  • Received a N2H2 and 8 gems version of Forest Dome.
  • Received a N2H1 and research level 4 version of Growing Fury.
  • Received a N4H1 version of Wild Hunt for 25 gems.
  • Received a N5H1 version of Enchanted Forests for 65 gems.
  • New ritual: Hymn to the Forest, Ench 4, N1H1, 1 gem, can only be cast in forests, only takes effect if the spell casting order is given during Middle Spring, Middle Summer, Middle Fall or Middle Winter, summons 4 great bears and 12 deers unless the province is captured by the enemy.
  • New battle spell: Spark Divinity, Ench 3, F1H2, 0 gem, activates friendly tattoos in aoe 1 at range 30.
  • New battle spell: Kindle Divinity, Ench 6, F3H1, 1 gem, activates friendly tattoos in aoe 10 at range 30.
  • New battle spell: Inflame Divinity, Ench 8, F4H1, 4 gems, activates friendly tattoos on the entire battlefield.
  • New battle spell: Set Ablaze Divinity, Ench 9, F4H1, 0 gem, activates friendly tattoos on the entire battlefield.
  • New item: Blessed Meat, Misc 4, N1H1, 1 gem, reduces all magic paths other than Holy by 1 but automatically activates magic tattoos at battle start and grants reinvigoration 5.
  • New artifact: Venomtongue, Misc 8, N4A3, 25 and 15 gems respectively, cursed, can't be carried by inanimate beings, curses user, poison resistance -25, +3 N, casts range 50 Breath of the Dragon thrice per battle turn, fear 10, animal awe 10, beastmaster 10, 8% chance per month to summon a Tarrasque while in friendly dominion.
  • Received a 20% rebate on Endless Bags of Wine.
  • Simargl received 25 shock resistance and -1 enc.
  • Contact Sirin path requirement reduced from S2 to S1.
  • Received a new E1 version of Summon Likho.
  • Likhos received cursed luck shield 1, death curse, D1 and a 100% F/A/W/E/S/D/N/B.
  • Rusalka's leadership increased from 10 to 40, their gift of water breathing from 10 to 80, and they received master ritualist 1.
  • Vodyanoy now generate 1 W gem per month.
  • Send Lady Midday's path requirements changed from A1D1 to D1A1.
  • Lady Midday received D3.
  • Zmey received berserk 3.
  • Received a S1H3 version of Contact Gamayun.
  • Bukavac received berserk 5, reinvigoration 10, swallow on trample, incorporate 4 and the ability to increase its max HPs through digestion.
  • Contact Beregina's path requirements changed from W3E1 to W3N1.
  • Beregina's W magic level increased from 3 to 4, leadership from 40 to 100 and their gift of water breathing from 20 to 200.
  • Call Mountain Vila's path requirements changed from N4 to E1N3 (does not affect Thalamanth, which has its own version of the spell).
  • Call Cloud Vila's path requirements changed from A4 to A2N5 (does not affect Thalamanth, which has its own version of the spell).
  • Leshiy received recuperation in all shapes, regeneration 10 in plain shape, +1 E magic level in giant shape, and regeneration 20, reinvigoration 10, shock resistance 10, +5 cold and poison resistance, dominion spreading 1 and a stomp attack in both forest shapes.
  • New ritual: Rage of the Land and Sky, research level 8 version of Summon Zmey which summons 2 Zmey per cast + 1 per dragon mastery level.
  • The Hag hero received Blood 4, cursed luck shield 1 and death curse. Also, she previously wasn't able to use female only items, this was fixed.
  • The Daughter of Thunder hero received +10 shock resistance in both shapes, now generates 3 A gems per month while in Chud shape and 3 N gems per month while in Oak shape, and she received dominion spreading 1 in Chud shape and dominion spreading 5 in Oak shape. Also, she couldn't wear female only items, this was fixed.
  • The Son of the Bear hero received in Chud shape the ability to spend the month training two Chud Skinshifters for free as well as a retinue of 4d6 (exploding) Chud Skinshifters, and in bear shape the ability to spend the month training four sacred bears for free as well as a retinue of 12+5d6 (exploding) sacred bears; however, he is now also a late hero 10.
HINNOM & BERYTOS:
  • The number of Avvim Commanders spawn every turn by the Tower of Unity was reduced from 3 to 1, but all troops now spawn in the garrison directly.
  • The Tower of Unity now also generates an average of 500 population per month in its province.
  • The Tower to Heaven didn't actually require claiming each of its steps independantly, so a global announcement was added for the construction of each step after the first.
  • The Tower to Heaven didn't actually allow destroying thrones of ascension, this was fixed.
  • Hinnom's temples now generate 50 gold per month unless besieged but their cost was increased from 400 to 800.
  • Convoke Imps fatigue cost was increased from 50 to 60.
  • Hinnom's national version of Life for a Life's fatigue cost increased from 50 to 99.
  • Qliphotic light gem cost increased from 1 to 3.
  • All of Hinnom's Avvite commanders were missing their HP bonus, this was fixed.
  • The Melqart pretender (Berytos) had its base cost reduced from 230 to 180 in Hellenika only.
  • New versions of Scapegoats (Berytos and Zun), Summon Se'irim (Hinnom) and Desert Demons (Nabatem) were added with +2 research levels and +100% slave cost that don't require a waste to cast.
  • A new version of Summon Shedim was added with +3 research levels and +50% slave cost that doesn't require a waste to cast (also affects Nabatem and Zun).
ERIDU & AKKAD:
  • The max age of all types of Apkallu was increased.
  • Enkidu Hunter recruitment point cost reduced from 9 to 5.
  • Enkidu Reaver recruitment point cost reduced from 23 to 12.
  • Both nations can now recruit new Kulullu Cataphracts underwater.
  • City State spawn events now specify it if they occurred because of Nin.
  • Sirrushes are now homesick 10 but no longer are magic beings, their fear value was reduced from 30 to 15, their gold cost was increased from 600 to 750 and their recruitment point cost was increased from 100 to 200.
  • Mushussu gold cost increased from 150 to 175.
  • Mushussu Chariots and Mushussu received recuperation.
  • The Favored of Enki hero now domsummons Mushussu rather than Sirrushes, but his chances of doing so have been increased by 5% per candle per month.
IAPETO:
  • Basalt Queen gold cost increased from 325 to 375 but they now may benefit from Earth and Death magic boosters, always start with a random heroic ability and received warning 75 (allowing them to use up to 80 bodyguards each), corpse eater (max 5 corpses and HP per month not retained permanently), void sanity 10, +14 morale, +7 MR, dark power 3, spirit sight and new lore.
  • Living Pillars received void sanity 5.
  • Basalt Golems are now spellingers.
  • Received a Thaum 0, D1, range 30 version of Fascination which may only be cast by spellsingers as well as a D3 version of Confusion which may only be cast by spellsingers.
  • Received a W4D4, Thaum 9, 1 gem, spellsinger only version of Claws of Kokytos which can be cast underwater.
  • New ritual: Enshrine Soul, Ench 0, E1H3 (basalt queen only) or E3D3 (basalt king only), 20 gems, may only be cast from the capital, as Twiceborn but upon death the caster turns into an immobile crystal that generates Death gems.

  • In Pangaea, the Revelry will spread unrest in provinces without an active preacher unless the God is powerful enough and is currently walking the earth. This translates into two different sources of unrest; the first, +5 per month if the God is dead or not yet awakened, and the second, +5 per month if the God's new path cost is 20 or less or if it's both inanimate and immobile.
  • Undying Gods that have cheated death through Twiceborn also generate +5 unrest per month.
  • New ritual for Pangaea: Blow the Horn of Gaia, Thaum 0, N3H3, 120 gems, creates in the capital a unique site that reduces unrest by 5 per month and permanently disables Pangaea's national unrest mechanics
  • Dryad mothers are now 40 years older.
  • Pangaea's Minotaur Lord's weapon changed from Double Axe to Bronze Battleaxe.
  • Pangaea's August Solar Lion was increasing population by ten times the intended amount, this was fixed.
  • The Venerable Dusk Bear received an additional Stomp attack.
  • Summoning the Golden Horned Bull now also requires his province to have a fort.

ASPHODEL:
  • Hymn of Rot and Blossom gem cost reduced from 7 to 4. It now also can't be prevented by Rebirth from triggering (and it still doesn't prevent Rebirth from triggering), and it now generates 1000 population + 500 per scale above Death 3 + an extra 500 at Growth 3 (up to 4500 total at Growth 3) rather than a flat 4000; furthermore, there is now a 5% chance per candle in provinces fully controlled by Asphodel that it will generate an extra 3000 population and 1d3 Sagittarian Carcasses, this effect being doubled and guaranteed in the capital.
  • National gem generation in swamps no longer triggers in Asphodel's own capital.
  • Received two W1H1 versions of Call Ancient Presence which may only be cast by Centauride Hierophantides, one research level 0 and the other costing only 8 gems.
  • Received three E1H1 versions of Faery Trod which may only be cast by Centaur Hierophants, one research level 0, one research level 8 but costing only 1 gem, and one research level 9 but costing 0 gems.
OCEANIA:
  • Oceania's Ichtycentaur Strategos is now a late hero 15, received +7 mor, +1 str, +4 att, +1 def and and castle defense/siege bonus/patrol bonus 20, and had its barding's protection increased by 2.
  • Ichtycentaur Strategos' Ichtytaur Warriors were renamed to Ichtytaur Champions and received new sprites, they no longer cost upkeep, received +3 mor, +2 att and +2 def as well as a Gore attack, their Bronze Spear was replaced with a Bronze Glaive, their Bronze Cuirass with a Bronze Hauberk (+4 prot), and they also received a Bronze Cap.
  • Ichtycentaur Strategos' Ichtycentaur Cataphracts no longer cost upkeep, received +2 mor, +1 str, +2 att and +1 def, and had their barding's protection increased by 2.
  • Ichtycentaur Strategos' Mermidons no longer cost upkeep, lack chaos power (unlike other satyrs and ichtysatyrs), received +3 mor, +2 att and +1 def, and had their Bronze Hauberk replaced with a Dendra Panoply (+4 prot).

  • Censors can now train Lictors in temples and received fear 10.
  • Levy Imperial Legion changed from 35 (thaum 1) / 27 (thaum 5) / 20 (thaum 8) to 44 (thaum 1) / 36 (thaum 4) / 28 (thaum 6) / 20 (thaum 8).
  • Longdead Standards were accidentally made part of the standard random longdead legionnaire pool, this was fixed.
  • Martyr's gold cost was reduced from 160 to 120.
  • Call Apostle of the Sacred Shroud gem cost increased from 48 to 50; furthermore, Apostles of the Sacred Shroud no longer may be wished for, had their ages tweaked and received many buffs:
  • Denysios renamed to Denysium, is no longer stealthy and no longer generates gold and instead summons 1 Celestial Crusader per month, dom summons 1d(candle)/2 extra Celestial Crusaders per month and received a retinue of 5d6 Celestial Crusaders.
  • Kristor received +1 S level, void sanity 20 and damage reversal 1 and generates +2 S gems per month.
  • Pausanias' dominion spreading increased from 1 to 3, fortune telling increased from 50 to 75 and now has a retinue of 1 Seraph.
  • Saul lost 1 N magic level and now raises anyone he kills as temporary Cleansed Souls.
  • Soter received +1 N magic level.
  • Barnabas received +1 W level and now generates 3 W gems per month.

  • Niefel Giants received +2 morale and a new shield with +2 prot and parry.
  • Niefel Jarls no longer innately spread dominion but received +3 morale.
  • New ritual for Niefelheim: Crown of Winter, Thaum 0, either W2H2 and 5 gems or D2H2 and 3 gems, may only be cast by Niefel Jarls, permanently grants the caster the ability to spread dominion like a prophet and makes him permanently blessed.
  • Illwinter's Blood slave cost was increased from 120 to 200, and research level from 6 to 7.

  • Xibalban Scorpions were renamed to Cave Scorpions, no longer cost upkeep and their Xibalban lore was scrapped to fit Abysia.
  • Large Scorpions, Giant Scorpions, Cave Scorpions and Scorpion Beasts received fire resistance 5.
  • Any cave province fully controlled by Abysia and hosting at least one Beast Trainer and five Scorpion Beasts will now spawn one cave scorpion, 1d3+1 giant scorpions and 2d6 large scorpions for free each month.
  • Any cave province fully controlled by Abysia and hosting at least one Beast Trainer and five Salamanders will now spawn a new salamander for free each month.
  • Size 3 Hellspawn received +50% HP and Hellbred Giants received +25% HP (also affects Zun).

  • C'tis' temples now generate Nature gems and their cost was increased from 400 to 800 except in swamps where it remains 200.
  • C'tis' capital site now generates dominion like an extra temple and produces 5 Death gems rather than 4 Death and 2 Nature gems.
  • Anytime C'tis uses the temple training order, this now summons an extra Sacred Serpent (meaning two serpents per turn for lizard High Priests).
  • Jade Serpent standard value increased to 4, and C'tis and Sauromatia now access Jade Serpents, but the research requirement increased from 4 to 5 (also affects Nok and Nephelococcygia).
  • C'tis received a D5N1, 45 gems version of Foul Air.

  • Alconis' bow had its range increased by 10.
  • The Potnia pretender received a crown armor.
TIR NA N'OG:
  • The nation's pure N versions of Personal Luck, Luck and Will of the Fates were removed.
  • Received NE and NH copies of its NA versions of Personal Luck, Luck and Will of the Fates, which along with the above change should also prevent independent mages from casting these spells unless they have NE, NH or NA.
  • Received a N4H2, 40 gems version of Forge of the Ancients.
  • New ritual: Glamour Circle, Thaum 5, N3A2, 10 gems + 1/month, caster must be a spellsinger, for the spell's duration Magic scales increase by 2 in the province, MR of enemies is reduced by 2 in the province, and ritual casting range is increased by 1 in the province.
  • Power of the Turning Year value for all Tuatha increased from 3 to 5.
  • All Tuatha and Sidhe (but not Morgen) as well as Cu Sidhe received magic power 1.
  • Tuatha Warriors were rarely spawning if the nation's base luck scale was not 3, this should be fixed now.
  • All Tuatha, Nemedians and Partholonians now twiceborn as themselves (also affects Fomoria).

  • Sow Dragon Teeth now summons 12 Spartoi, up from 10 (affects Arcoscephale, Mekone, Therodos, Phlegra, Phaeacia, Delphanes, Porphyrion, Erytheia, Knoss, Makedon, Triliax, Arcadeia and Cyanautha).

  • The Medusa pretender now starts with W2D2, up from W2D1.
  • The Kami of the Wilds pretender's sprite received some improvements.
  • The Great Siddha pretender received spellsinger in Hellenika only.
  • Lord of Heroes gold cost increased from 355 to 405.
  • Makedonian Noble gold now start with A1 rather than A2, but receive A2 at their first promotion.
  • The final step of promotion for both Lords of Heroes and Nobles now also requires an event to occur. Furthermore, that event requires turn 24 or more to trigger. Those who received enough XP for that final step are nonetheless dominion immortal until turn 24 (and then become immortal as before).
  • Makedon's Vial of Breeze had the wrong sprite, this was fixed.
  • Subartu lost access to the vanilla version of Poison Golem, but received a research level 1 version of it and a 10 gems version of it.

  • God-Slayer Spear gem cost reduced from 5 to 1.
  • Bandar Log's starting gem income was increased by 1W.
  • Kailasa's starting gem income was increased by 1S.

  • Aabydum's Keepers of the Tombs now have a 10% chance to be S1.
  • Phaeacia received a A1H1 and 25 gems version of Ready Black Korkyra.
  • Sauromatia received a 20% rebate on Skull Mentors.
  • Sauromatia's Chieftains can now build labs and now need to search for magic sites rather than patrol to create Nomad Relays, and they now can create Nomad Relays in any dry land province and even if owned by another nation.

Just released hotfix v2.20b with the following changes:
- Arena Reborn updated from v1.00 to v1.01.
- Included the last hofixes of Pantheon Reborn, Isphenople, Nabatem, Cyanautha and Bethel She'em.
- Midgård received access to an A2 and 10 gems version of Winged Helmet.
- Midgård no longer can enter its capital sites to summon sacred units. Instead, Midgård received the following new rituals:
- Call of Vanhalla: Conj 0, A4, 0 gems, only castable from the capital, only castable up to once per month, summons a Vanhere, may fail if set to be automatically cast monthly.
- Call of Andvare: Conj 0, E3, 0 gems, only castable from the capital, only castable up to once per month, summons a Valkyrie, may fail if set to be automatically cast monthly.
- Call of Helhalla: Conj 0, D4, 0 gems, only castable from the capital, only castable up to once per month, summons a Helhirding, may fail if set to be automatically cast monthly.
- In order to free up some event slots, Hymn to the Forest number of summons was changed from exactly 6 bears and 24 deers to an average of 6 bears and 24 deers.

- New ritual for Niefelheim: Winter's Call, Blood 9, B3W5, 320 slaves, may only be cast while Illwinter is active, summons one of four types of Rimtursar using Mormacil's amazing sprites.
- Fixed the patch notes mistakenly attributing +4 mapmove to Morvarc'h riders, rather than +2 mapmove.

- C'tis' temples actually weren't generating N gems, this was fixed;
- Nabatem's slave slingers were lacking a fixed ID and were attributed one;
- T'ien Ch'i now has national underwater province defense and wall defenders;
- T'ien Ch'i received a PD bonus in Kappa poptype provinces;
- Berytos received a PD bonus in Elephant poptype provinces;
- C'tis and Nok received a PD bonus in Toad Tribe poptype provinces;
- Eridu and Akkad received a PD bonus in Kulullu poptype provinces;
- Fomoria and Tir na n'Og received a PD bonus in Fir Bolg poptype provinces (if this wasn't already the case in vanilla);
- Ys received a PD bonus in Merrow poptype provinces (if this wasn't already the case in vanilla);
- Rus and Marverni received a PD bonus in Woodsmen, Deer, Wolf and Bear Tribe poptype provinces (if this wasn't already the case in vanilla);
- Ulm no longer has a PD bonus in Woodsmen poptype provinces, but now has a PD bonus in Bear tribe poptype provinces.

Just released hotfix v2.20e with the following changes:
- Included Triliax' and Bethel She'em's last hotfixes.
- Fixed a bug which caused dummy monsters of over 130 different types to be killed earlier than expected under certain circumstances, thus causing their associated event chains to break.
- Fixed Abysia actually not getting temples in Caverns of Magma, and getting a useless event message in templed Caverns of Magma.
- The Daughter of the Thunder/Oak hero wasn't generating the right number and type of gems, this was fixed.
- Rus' tattoo activating spells unintentionally were given a projectile, this was fixed.
- Ubar received a 60 points rebate for the Divine Egregore.
- Niefelheim's Jotun Jarls were missing Jotun buffs in their prophet shape, this was fixed.
- Polypal Mother age reduced by 1000 years.
- Manflayer gold cost from 225 to 145 and retinue increased from 3 to 4 units.
- Sow Dragon Teeth can now be cast underwater.
- Ind received access to the Rainbow Bird pretender.
- Hydras received growing berserk in all shapes except the first and the last; this also affects Triliax and the Daughter of Typhon.
- The Daughter of Typhon wasn't actually female, this was fixed.

Just released hotfix v2.20f with the following changes:

- Rus' Blessed Meat wasn't actually activating tattoos, this was fixed.
- Aulgyaththu's Catatheosis gem cost reduced from 15 to 9.
- Reworked the sprite of Partholonian Sorcerers, making it prettier and more different from Fomoria's hero.
- Enkidu Wights were missing their HP bonus, this was fixed.
- New ritual for C'tis: Call Saurotheos, Ench 9, W3N3, may only be cast from the capital, provrange 5, remotely summons a mighty, Order and dominion spreading Saurotheos (sprite by Amuys! This spell was added as thanks for Amuys' generous donation) with invulnerability 40 and research 100 which only remains for a year before vanishing, unless killed while twiceborned, in which case the duration of the effect is reset.

Just released hotfix v2.20g with the following changes:
- Included last hotfixes of Pantheon Reborn, Nabatem and Bethel She'em.
- Ind's Ophanim received unsurroundable 12, storm immunity, innate caster 1, reinvigoration 4, siegebonus 50, +2 misc slots and the ability to use the same special items as Bethel She'em's Thrones.
- Okami bite weapon wasn't actually causing Bane of Heresy as intended, this was fixed.
- Other than pretender gods and unique heroes, all centaurs now twiceborn into Carrion Centaurs and all centaurides into Carrion Centaurides; this also fixes Hierophantides of the Storms twiceborning into Centauride Hierophantides and Asphodel's Centauride Hierophantides twiceborning into Boreades.
- Rus and C'tis received a 20% rebate on the Sharpest Tooth artifact.
- Midgård's Winged Helmet received a slightly different sprite (lighter and bluer) to more easily distinguish it from the generic version.

The final update... ELVES!
Just released v2.20... yes, it's finally there! In this HUGE update which increases the changelog's size by roughly 15% and which adds about THREE new nations, I offer you a truly HORRIFYING gift for Halloween: ELVES. Given that Dominions 6 is going to be released soon, I worked very hard to make Dominions 5's version of Hellenika as great as possible for the posterity. Of course, it was impossible for me to do everything I would have wanted, but the quest for perfection is endless, so in the name of getting things done I had to put a line somewhere. In any case, barring the likely flurry of post-release hotfixes and the potential occasional small tweak, I expect this will be the last update for Hellenika in Dominions 5. Wow, this was a wild ride! I hope you all will keep great memories of these 5 years together and will keep having fun with Hellenika at least for a few months before moving on to Dominions 6. Despite this PROBABLY being the last update, I feel very excited about it - Hellenika is far from dead, there is still A LOT to explore there! As for porting Hellenika to Dominions 6, I can say I will try, but I can't promise I will succeed: this is a huge undertaking, and one that will require throwing away a lot of my previous works. In any case, without further ado, let us look at these juicy patch notes...

GENERAL:
  • The following component mods were updated: Pantheon Reborn (from 1.25 to 1.26), Thalamanth (from 1.36 to 1.37), Triliax (from 1.30 to 1.31), Nabatem (from 1.29 to 1.30), Karanaac (from 1.33 to 1.34), Cyanautha (from 1.20 to 1.21), Zun (from 1.21 to 1.22), U (from 1.18 to 1.19), Bethel She'em (from 1.14 to 1.15). As usual, please refer to their dedicated threads for more information.
  • Hellenika's full changelist is now also available online at {ПРЕМАХНАТА ВРЪЗКА}
  • The "General" section of Hellenika's full changelist was divided in three ("General changes", "Pretender changes" and "Miscellaneous changes").
  • Helheim was removed from the game, as it was merged with Vanheim as Midgård.
  • Xibalba was also removed from the mod for now, as with the coming of Dominions 6 it is likely the Dominions 5 version of Hellenika never will include it. Should a rework of the nation be made, it will be reenabled.
  • The population bonus for starting on a coast as a non-coastal nation was increased from 2000 per dry land neighbouring province too 3000 per dry land neighbouring province, but it is now limited to a maximum of three neighbouring provinces; furthermore, each nation that benefits from this bonus now receives an event message from each targeted province on turn 2 to warn it about that fact.
  • Bethel She'em's new Divine Egregore pretender became accessible to all nations except for Ylthule; however, unlike in Bethel She'em's stand alone version, the entire world is warned at the beginning of the game for each nation that has picked this pretender (up to one nation each month gives this global warning, so it may take multiple months if multiple nations picked this pretender); furthermore, for nations other than Bethel She'em, it has 25% chance per turn of going rogue starting from turn 24, thus fighting the player in its weak form and irreversibly leaving them without a god to recall and without an incarnate bless; furthermore, until the end of the game it reduces the capital's tax income by 20% and the capital's dominion by 1 candle per month, and for Karanaac it also kills 20% of the capital population upon awakening.
  • All Doom Horrors had their MR increased from 22 to 24 and their fear from 20 to 30.
  • Kurgi, Slave to Unreason HP increased from 404 to 666, and it now has regeneration 2.
  • Umor, Eater of Gods damage reversal increased from 1 to 2 in first shape, from 2 to 4 in second shape and from 3 to 6 in third shape, magic power increased from 1 to 2 in second shape and from 2 to 3 in third shape, and now automatically casts Quicken Self at the start of battle.
  • Agon, Eater of Dreams raise chance increased from 25 to 50% and it received 15 to all elemental resistances and banefire shield 8.
  • Rarku, Hunter of Heroes received regeneration 50 and now automatically casts Time Stop at the start of battle.
  • Scabiel, Maker of Ruins protection increased from 35 to 40 and HP from 222 to 333, received reinvigoration 15 and now automatically casts Phoenix Pyre at the start of battle.
  • Hruvur, Abomination of Desolation HP increased from 140 to 222, innate caster from 2 to 3, summoned False Horrors from 10 to 4d6 (exploding, average 16), received reinvigoration 10, and now casts Soul Vortex at the start of battle.
  • New generic ritual: Supreme Architecture, Thaum 0, E1, 15 gems, may only be cast from a Monumental Quarry, while active destroys all Monumental Quarries under the caster's control and has a 50% monthly chance of generating 1d3 Earth gems in each fully controlled temple.
  • New generic ritual: Carve Monumental Quarry, Const 1, E1, 75 gems, creates a Monumental Quarry in the province if it doesn't already have one, fails if cast while already controlling Supreme Architecture.
  • At the beginning of the game, each non-capital dry land province now has a 1% chance of receiving a hidden Monumental Quarry; only one site may appear this way each game, and a Holy 3 or more site searcher will be needed to locate it.
  • The following nations now start with a Monumental Quarry in their capital: Arcoscephale, Marverni, Machaka, Abysia, Agartha, Hinnom, Mekone, Iapeto, Phlegra, Sa'Ba, Aabydum, Knoss, Triliax, Cyanautha.
  • Marverni, Machaka, Knoss and Nabatem received a 0 gem version of Supreme Architecture.
  • Ermor, Caelum and Triliax received a 45 gems version of Carve Monumental Quarry.
  • Shortsword is now a forgeable generic artifact (F2N2).
VANHEIM:
  • Name and epithet changed to Midgård, Dusk and Dawn.
  • Lore was completely rewritten.
  • Automated capital placement will now prefer coasts and avoid wastes and farms.
  • Received an extra 3 Death gems income.
  • Now starts with a Monumental Quarry in its capital.
  • A level 3+ Air mage can now enter site in the capital to summon one Vanhere per turn.
  • A level 1+ Earth mage can now enter site in the capital to summon one Valkyrie per turn.
  • A level 3+ Death mage can now enter site in the capital to summon one Helhirding per turn.
  • Can now recruit Svartalf, Dis, Hangadrott and Helhirding in the capital.
  • Can now recruit Skinshifters, Galdermen and Helkarls in all forts.
  • Dis, Helkarl, Hangadrott, Helhirding and Svartalf received dark power 3.
  • Vanadrott and Helkarl received research bonus 2, and all national units (other than heroes) with research bonus now lose 2 levels in all known magic paths during either the Spring and Summer or Fall and Winter depending on whether they are associated with Helheim or Vanheim.
  • All of Midgård's mounted mages are now combat casters.
  • All Van mages now twiceborn as themselves.
  • Norna, Hangadrott, Vanadrott, Svartalf and Dwarf Smith com point cost was reduced from 4 to 2.
  • Hangadrott received research bonus 8 and gold cost was reduced from 425 to 245.
  • Vanadrott received +1 Blood magic level and gold cost was reduced from 425 to 245.
  • Dis com point cost was reduced from 2 to 1 and gold cost from 200 to 145.
  • Helkarl gold cost reduced from 160 to 90 and com point cost from 2 to 1, and they no longer require a laboratory for recruitment.
  • Svartalf received an extra 10% random, research bonus 2 and forge bonus 20%, and gold cost was reduced from 240 to 155.
  • Dwarven Smiths received an extra Air magic level, research bonus 2 and forge bonus 20%, gold cost was reduced from 195 to 155 and their prophet shape received +1 Earth magic and no longer loses power during the dark season.
  • Norna received extra max age (but are still old), spellsinger, cursed luck shield 1, flying, glamour, stealthy 65, spiritsight, dark power 3, research bonus 2, +2 HP, +1 str, +1 att, +3 def, +2 prec and +2 MR, and their paths were changed to D2 +100% AEDB +100% ESDB +10% AEDB.
  • Galdermen received spellsinger, glamour, stealthy 65, increased age and max age, research bonus 2, +3 def and +3 MR in both shapes and in Van shape +1 str, +2 prec and +1 att; gold cost also reduced from 205 to 185.
  • Skinshifters received glamour, stealthy 65, +250 max age, berserk 2 and +4 MR in both shapes and in Van shape +1 att and +1 def, but their gold cost was increased from 25 to 35.
  • Vanjarls, Vanherses, Vanadrotts and Mounted Hirdmen received pillage bonus 2.
  • Huskarls and Hirdmen received pillage bonus 1.
  • Fay Boars no longer cost upkeep.
  • Received access to the Summon Glosos ritual, and Glosos received poison barbs 5.
  • Received access to Seith Curse for 0 gem.
  • Received a 8 gems version of Iron Dragon.
  • Lost access to the vanilla version of Mechanical Militia and received a 30 gems version of it.
  • Received access to the Svartalf Mastersmith and Dracolich pretenders.
  • Now also accesses as heroes MA Vanheim/LA Midgård's Einhere, Helheim's Hangadrottning and Utgård's Norna of the Present. Furthermore, none of Midgård's heroes changes with seasons.
  • The Norna of the Present is now automatically joined by the Norna of the Past and the Norna of the Future one month after her apparition, also they all received buffs similar to other Norna and their paths were changed.
  • The Einhere hero received new lore, vastly increased stats, and among other abilities glamour, recuperation, A1W1H1, fixed forge bonus 2, the ability to cast spells twice as fast as most other mages, and the ability to automatically cast Fanaticism at the start of battle, however he no longer can lead troops and he is now a latehero 10.
  • The Vanadrott hero was renamed to Einvaldi and received new lore, increased stats (especially increased mapmove, recuperation and storm power) and a large retinue of sacred Vanhirding cavalry, and he can now spend the month summoning two extra Vanhirding.
  • The Hangadrott hero's H magic skill was increased from 2 to 3 and she received new lore, recuperation, reinvigoration 10, innate spellcasting 1, master ritualist 1, and the ability to spread dominion like a prophet.
  • The Vanadis hero's F magic skill was increased from 2 to 3 and she received recuperation and immortality, but she is now a latehero 10.
YS:
  • Moved to EA.
  • Lore completely rewritten.
  • Automated capital placement will now prefer nothing and avoid gorges and deep seas.
  • Starting gem income increased by 1 A.
  • Now starts with an extra capital site used for some rituals: the Arkenstone.
  • Now generates +25% resources in forts.
  • Now generates an extra 50 resources in the capital.
  • Morvarc'h riders received +2 mapmove and +6 ap in their underwater shape.
  • All Morgen have their gold cost halved while Thetis' Blessing is active.
  • Knights of Ys and Knight Commanders of Ys received +4 mapmove.
  • All Morgen including the Morgen High Queen pretender now twiceborn as themselves.
  • Morgen Princesses and Morgen Sorceresses received a crown armor.
  • Morgen Princesses and Morgen Champions received combat caster.
  • Morgen Champions may now be recruited in all underwater forts, but only while a Morgen Princess or hero is present.
  • Up to one Morvac'h Knight per month may now be recruited in underwater forts other than the capital, but only while a Morgen Princess or hero is present.
  • Ysian Druids gold cost reduced from 165 to 130, they can now spend the month summoning 5 frogs and they received an extra 80 magic leadership.
  • Ysian Commander, Knight Commander of Ys and Kernou Chieftain com point cost reduced from 1 to 0.
  • Kernou Druid com point cost reduced from 2 to 1 and they received +2 MR.
  • Swanherd com point cost increased from 1 to 4 but swans are now sacred.
  • Ys' Merrow troops had their gold costs reduced by 25%.
  • Kernou troops, chieftains and swanherds received +3 MR and morale.
  • New ritual: Awaken the Arkenstone, Const 3, E1H2, 15 gems, may only be cast from the Arkenstone capital site, immediately summons or resurrects the Arkenstone, a unique, mindless, immobile, unteleportable S4H3 commander, but also destroys the Arkenstone site, which will automatically return 11 months after the Arkenstone's death.
  • Received access to the Monster Boar ritual.
  • Lost access to the vanilla versions of Thetis' Blessing and Dispel.
  • Received a research level 5, S1H3, 15 gems version of Thetis' Blessing which can only be cast by the Arkenstone.
  • Received a research level 5, S6H3, 50 gems version of Fata Morgana which can only be cast by the Arkenstone.
  • Received a research level 7, S7H3 version of Strands of Arcane Power which can only be cast by the Arkenstone and can be cast by mindless beings.
  • Received a S7H3 version of Magic Duel which can only be cast by the Arkenstone and can be cast by mindless beings.
  • Received a research level 0, A1H1 and 4 gems version of Phantasmal attack.
  • Received a research level 3, A3H1 version of Phantasmal Army.
  • Received a research level 6, A4H1 version of Mists of Deception.
  • Received an A4H2, 4 gems version of Trade Wind.
  • New ritual: Dome of Concealment, research level 0, A4H2 version of Dome of Solid Air that costs 4 gems and can only be cast underwater.
  • New ritual: Dub Swan Champion, Conj 0, W3A3, 45 gems, castable in coastal provinces only, summons a Swan Champion from Magic Enhanced with a few modifications, these Swan Champions have a retinue of sacred flying Swan Knights and can spend the month training a permanent Swan Knight for free.
  • New ritual: Call Swanmay, Thaum 5, A5H2, 30 gems, castable in coastal provinces only, summons a Swanmay from Magic Enhanced with different paths and a few other modifications, these AWN mages produce Water gems in human shape and Air gems in swan shape.
  • New ritual: Sing the Arkensong, Thaum 0, S1H3, 0 gems, may only be cast by the Arkenstone, triggers a worldwide event that warns all players about it and reduces Magic by 1 worldwide, and then three months later empowers the Arkenstone by one level in Astral magic (up to S8 max), destroys it, and reduces Magic by 3 worldwide.
  • Received access to the Eternal Gate and Symbol of Creation pretenders.
  • The Morgen Queen hero received +1 W, E and H levels as well as new lore.
  • The Queen of the North hero received +1 H level, N2 and new lore.

Thanks for all of the work, for real, it's no small feat, you more or less made your own game in Dom5, so it can't be understated just how awesome that is. Don't worry about porting it to dom6, don't feel pressured to do so. Only do it if modding is still fun for you. Thanks for everything!
