OMNISCIENCE v1.07 - All-compatible observer mode!

Hello everyone!

Thinking that it could be useful to many, I quickly created a very simple mod to allow anyone to start a game as an observer, unable to truely interact with other players. Hence, I present you OMNISCIENCE[drive.google.com]!

This mod works by adding three false nations to the game - EA, MA and LA Omniscience. All of them are unable to do anything except the following:

• Defend itself against dominion push with overpowered preaching;
• Defend itself against invaders with vastly overpowered immobile, unteleportable, unwishable defenders and their similarly overpowered battlespells;
• Observe the game with a vastly overpowered version of the Eyes of God, a huge gem generation, and an undetectable spy freespawn.

This nation however has an incredibly bad research, no income or upkeep whatosever, no way to recruit foreign troups and commanders, vastly overpriced structures, no mobile unit whatsoever, and hugely increased mercenary costs.

This mod has three versions, one for each age. Be sure to select the right one before you start your game!

My original intent here was to offer mod creators a way to observe modded games while staying neutral in order to get a better and objective idea of the powerlevel of their mods. But I'm sure this mod can be used for other things as well!

In addition, this pack also includes a fourth mod called Total Omniscience. This one works a bit differently: instead of adding a special nation, it grants every single nation in the game (both vanilla and mod nations, and both present in future nations, up to a nation ID of 249 - included) the ability to receive one short-lived free invisible scout in every single province every single month. Thus, this fourth mod instead acts as a special game mode where the whole map is revealed to all players at all times. Don't forget to also make score graphs available if you want to go all the way towards free knowledge!

Just released v1.06. Third update in a day, most bugfixes. Wrong banners were displayed, this was fixed; turned out that fire resistance doesn't stop holy fire, so Omniscient spies and scouts lost their fire resistance and had their HPs bumped to 40 instead.
