Warhammer mod (domwnload link available)
I quickly updated the mod from dom4 to dom5, so i expect some bugs. The mod is ready to be playtested, it only need someone to help me find all the bugs !

This is an adaptation of their work by Seigneur Gastéropode, Sir Bonnacon, Empereur Phacochère and myself.

EDIT : Got autorisation from llama to post the mod. This is an adaptation of the different warhammer nations from dominions 3 & 4 with some more unit, spell and nations.

I did notice later on that some factions don't have a custom pretender, since some factions had and those who didn't had duplicate pretenders so I thought the conversion bugged out and did that.

And the fact that in the files, there is Avatar of Hoeth pretender written for both Wood Elves and High elves, thou Wood Elves had it disabled, so sorry for that.

What I did notice that there are maybe some typoes in the text, like Wood Elves hero who has Reinvigorate 5, is written Reinvigoration 5 in the files (Or it was other way around, but still, typo as in the skill may not be recognized).

Good catch for the typoes, i change the one on the wood elves heroes, feel free to send me a message with the other you find ! I also uppdated the formation fighter to dom5 so now it should work.

I also have a question : it look like when unit get stun they don't turn grey and instead their shadows became magenta for some reason, anyone know how to fix it ? And do someone know the commande i should use to giv animals tatoo to the unit (the marverni/sauromatia one).

Another quick look through some units in mod through Dom 4 inspector, so I can't tell if some things are only in Dom 5 but not Dom 4 (#RPcost).

Also, some wizards or units have command #quarterstaff, which appears only to be a weapon, not a trait or skill?

That's all after checking out 10 nations and quit because my eyes were starting to hurt.

According to Dom5 modding quide, units with command not found for #mindless are still mindless since they have 50 morale.

I was looking through my mod folder and noticed you had Chaos dwarves in it but I can's seem to play them in game. Port problem? Or am I missing something?

No, it's work in progress, same for Norsca. But don't expect it soon, i will fix bug with the existing nation first.

Edit : Fix of the tipoes that "The Catholic church" found. Except the last one about Zlatan, didn't find it :/ A thousand thanks for the help by the way !

You need to properly attribute whoever's content you are using or get permission from them. Even with attribution, I'll defer to the original modder if they haven't opened it up for anyone to copy.

I understand that, but they are hard to find. If you think i have to delete the link i will. All the original credit are in the mod folder (I will double check that).

The fact is that a lot of the race were made by different people, and it's my first attempt at modding too. And some of the credit of the race say that anyone is free to use or modify them. But as i said i'm new to it so if i have made a mistake of some sort please let me know.

Edit : I found the name of Llamabeast, Sombre, PassiveJelly, Ragnof, Burnsaber and Kianduatha in the files. I will send a mail to Llamabeast but i have no idea how to find the other.

Found it, i have also begin to repare the modded spell : some unit autocast modded spells and since most spell got change a lot of them are broken right know. Or at least i think so, Skrag got his Gorger summon at battle start back and i will check the other.

EDIT : uppdate, fix for the dwarf slayers so they begin battle berserk, runesmiths got their magic -1 in battle again, ad formation fighter to all dwarf but slayers. Add the ogre canon too.

Nice job trying to adapt it! On first glance - i think wood elf spellsinger must have spellsing tait since game have it, most of khorne troops lost their unrest trait (for me its good cause i couldnt manage that mad playstyle) and nurgle troops lost disiase spreading. Just now noticed normal nurgle sorcerer maintanence 100 while exalted one 98, you probably should check other commanders too. Also most nurgle commanders start blessed instead of sacred, consider warhammer its right but its balance breaker and make them unable to build temples.
Good job working on it but i think you should write names of original mod makers in 1st post.

Hi, Sombre here. For the record I made the Ogre, Skaven, Lizardmen, Empire (I made 3, not sure how many are in this mod), mods which are incorporated (and changed, and added to) in this mod.

I gave permission for my work to be used by anyone for whatever. I can't speak for llama, burnsaber, deathjester, ragnoff, passive jelly, sensori and others who made other mods which this one is based on.

I'm working on a chaos dwarf nation, it's about 40% done.

I hope to make a warhammer compilation of my nations and those by others where I have their permission (obtained back in the dom3/4 days).

I wasn't involved in this mod and hope there won't be any confusion on that front.

I would like to see this mod working, but any game I start with this simply causes Dom 5 to crash on map gen/load. Well, at least the warhammer factions sort of work for 4.

This is strange, mods work fine for me. I'm even playing a multiplayers game right now with lizard men. Now that the end year feast are over i will go back to it. Can you write me your crash report so i can make it work for you ?

Edit : New version, lot of bug fix, and national soldier on the wall of castle. Let me know for bugs or crash you may encounter.

Tomb King faction has most of national spells/blessings messed up. Also the freespawn of units from most of commander are missing (Necrotech for example doesn't spawn units). Starting gem generation seems also quite lower then Dom 4 version. (It was 10 Death, now down to 5 x turn).

Really like the Warhammer theme, good job on porting it on Dominions 5. :)

Will look at it, keep in mind i change them a lot (no more ermor like, lot of domsummon insted).
Also on the good news, Sombre is making chaos dwarf right know, sprite are awesome. I will add them, maybe change their rules.
