Disciple Game Nation Combinations
I recently played a single player disciples game as EA Agartha leading an AI Ubar against four other AI two-nation teams. Agartha/Ubar felt really powerful for a number of reasons, but I don't want to make this post too long so I won't expand on that for now.

What I want are other strong combinations people have played or even just theorized. Out of the box, I'd say any awake pretender leading a heat-liking nation with an Ubar disciple is very good.

MA C'tis blends well with disciple Agartha and/or disciple R'lyeh. To really make it work C'tis has to be willing to take over most land and distribute the gold/gem income to its disciple(s), though.

Arcocephale isn't great, but it will give scrying to all members. So it's something.

Any cold 1 nation would be a great leader to cold 2 or 3 nations. Same with Heat 1 nations.

Oceania is a great pretender for land nations. Especially Blood Nations. It's 40 free points, because you don't need to go Order 3.

I dont understand this why Oceania is a great pretender for lands and you get 40 free points. Why wouldnt I need order 3 with her?

Because of their ability.

+1 order in all non coastal provinces. -1/2 in all coastal provinces.

MA ulm with almost any nation that isnt popkill focused. it requires a player but the ability to spam out research items and thug items for cheap is very valuable. becomes more so the more teamates they have and gems to funnel.

I found that Rus and TNN are good team. Also I enjoyed Sauromatia and Ctis combination in EA. In LA I like Erytheia/Pangea.

They are both temp neutral, so something that likes cold or heat 2, but doesn't benefit from it. Maybe a Rus Pretender, and take Heat 0 for 80 design points.

Asphodel is brutal as a solo nation, but it's a perfectly adequate disciple nation. No popkill as disciple, so you can make full use of the recruitable D/N mages and palette swap of Pangaea's recruitable troops. If you get a lot of nature income you can still do reanimation too, like a poor man Sceleria, or just summon additional good mages.

Indeed. Also, your regeneration spells work on all undead, which is nice. It makes the Leviathan and Behemoth just a bit better under your command.

I see Disciple Asphodel as a good fit for going with specialized undead, rather then just large armies of it.

can you recommend Phaecia which I love, in a disciple game? Was thinking about Phaecia god wihth +1 in good scales, and rainbow without blood, or maybe some of the knowledge Giants?

Good disciples/pretender combinations are generally nations that want the same sort of scales and blesses without offering the same sort of tools.
Anything which offers free bless points is obviously better too
f.e.;
EA Agartha/Hinnom (extra earth, both want heat, generally scales, one has SC potential, other national summons heavy)
EA TNN/Bertyos (similiar resource profile for their sacreds, one has very wide magic access, the other covers N, one can leverage into thug raiding, the other blood sacred and later SCs)
MA Marignon/x sacred dependant nation, extra usefull bless points that the disciple nation couldnt normally afford
MA Mictlan/x sacred dependant nation
