Demiurge
Does anyone know which factions/era have access to the Demiurge?

It's a Mediterranean pretender

It's also the previous Pantokrator.

Not really. He claimed to be, but the true Pantokrator and "One True God" was having none of it.

The Demiurge is also a logical term for the new Ind pretender to use for a 'false' Pantokrator. I really like this introduction of GNosticism to Ind's lore, it fits very well.

What is Demiurge? An urge to become a demi-god? I feel that urge often in real life but don't act on it.

Is the Pantokrator the evil god we read about in all the false god descriptions? They say it is no longer around so the false gods are escaping from prisons. Is that true?

Is that Pantokrator in the game somewhere? Is it evil or just trying to capture all the false gods to bring stability to the worlds?

Pantokrator judging by the description, he was a power-obsessed monster who destroyed everyone who helped him, maybe loved him, etc. Original Chaos probably.
So, the universe of Dominions is cyclic. At one point there is an all-powerful god, the Pantokrator (translated as All-ruler). They rule over the world and remove threats to their absolute authority, such as dangerous monsters or demigod servants that step out of line. But one day the Pantokrator sees some unknown thing in the Void and chases after it, leaving the mortal world behind. At this point the actual gameplay begins, as the world is left without the one god and various beings with a divine spark (or just really old wizards) try to claim the title of Pantokrator. After a war of all against all one of the pretenders wins (this could be your pretender, if you win a game) and becomes the Pantokrator, and the cycle starts again.

So, there are in fact multiple Pantokrators in this world's history (that's why the descriptions often say *a* Pantokrator), and their character can't be known for sure; maybe one of them was a Virtue and geniunely cared about mortals, and another was the Moloch who basically gave the world over to fellow demons, and yet another was just a petty and power-hungry sorceror.

Thanks for the historical facts. Now the god descriptions will finally make sense. I guess we should be very thankful to whatever the unknown thing in the void was that distracted the evil Pantokrator and allowed us all to break free from imprisonment. I wish I could send the unknown thing a batch of fresh chocolate chip cookies to express my gratitude.
