Well, given the recent additions to the game have been a new Communion type for Man, a new nation that has automatic Communion slaves and Masters as recruitables, and a nation that can summon immobile Communion slaves for its forts, I don't think they will be taking Communions out any time soon.
The fatique amount the slaves gain will be affected by the path level of communion masters and themselves. A communion master that casts E spells while the communion slaves don't have any E paths will receive great deal of fatique while slaves with matching E path would receive significantly less.
If the slaves have higher path level than the master, the fatique they receive will be halved.
There is some calculators that have been mae to calculate the communion fatique distribution, althought some of them may be outdated.
