should divine channeling boost level H2 to H3?

Apparently the decription used to say, boosts low and medium priests to another level, but when reported as bug that it only did H1 to H2, they changed the description to only say low level. (in dominions 4)

I think its pretty sad that divine channeling/having a level 5 priest isnt very great, considering the rarity of it.

What is your opinions, do you think it should boost H2 to H3?

I realized it only did lvl 1 after I tried in EA C'tis to spam some High Priests of C'tis, with one of their divine Kings to then cast the Divine Channeling. But does not do any thing.

At least it was nice to pretend...

I also had planned to do that with other "priestly" nations, such as MA Marignon and EA Ermor or something. it would have been a fun roleplay.

Wouldn't it be cool to have the Pontifex of EA Ermor grant their bishops the ability to cast better spells

Any nation with mage priest and communions have H5s in battles. Which is quite a few and since Holy spells are cheap on fatige you can cast smites for days and not care.
