please, clarification is needed. ;-)
There's an event where a frog turns into a man who claims to be a Prince. It pairs up with the much more common Mage accused of turning Peasant into a frog events. You lose a frog and gain a questionable commander.
Sucks when the frog is your pretender. =\
There's also an event where a commander can befriend a frog in a swamp. This event, I've noticed, commonly fails to produce anything, just like in Dom 4 when it commonly didn't work.
I wish those befriend events would add a creature to the commander's retinue.
I have experienced several events that produced followers. Commonly dogs, but sometimes random creatures.
