The text files can be changed easily in the directory.
You can probably change the music in the directory too, if not, just youtube dom4 music.
I don't really get how either of these things are make or break. The font is easy as too read anyway.

Don't know how to add music.
In Dom5 they are just RAW formats, so quite easy for anyone to rip them.
Mute the music in game, and roll your own player with the musics. Problem solved.
If you own Dom 4 you can probably just copy the font files, no?
Btw, I'm currently playing the game with a mixed playlist of Dom 4 and 5 soundtrack and loving it :)
Nope. Apparently the two games handle fonts differently. There are no font files for Dom4
