How Do I Burn Down Vegas?

The first time I did the Little Vegas quest, I couldn't figure out how to trigger the fire, even after hacking the computer. I kept trying to click my radio, but it wouldn't trigger as it was supposed to. And after I arrested Brygo, the system was fixed so I couldn't do it anymore.

I'm on my second play through now, and still having the same problem. Both times I chose to kill Knowes and just shoot my way to victory, because I couldn't find another way to get the guard away from the computer (I suspect Boulder might be involved with this).

If anybody can explain to me how this is supposed to work, I'd appreciate it!

I don't think you're meant to actually burn it down, my understanding is you could figure out a way to rig it and threaten brygo with the fire, thus letting you arrest him otherwise he can't be arrested.

Yeah you don't actually burn down the place. On the final confrontation if you hacked the computer you can threaten Brygo that you will burn his place down and he will surrender, you never actually get to burn the place down however.

Well, that's disappointing. Was really hoping to burn the place down, hopefully with everybody trapped inside it. Scrambling over each other to get out, as Team November barricaded the doors from the outside.

On my first play through, I just arrested Brygo by going in guns blazing. This time I went to the machine shop and found the guy with the extremely heavy Irish accent.
