I'd compare the Kir'Ko to more of the Draconians.


They used to be a great civilization, but the Star Union (i.e Humans) persecuted and destroyed their civilization. Now, they exist as a shadow of their former self, and are trying to rebuild what was lost.

yeah thats the impression i got as well, thats why i thought more goblins, with the pop growth and unit spawning
