Tails' Story, Tikal not spawning?
While playing through Tails' Story I got to the flashback scene, grabbed the rhythm badge, and triggered the cutscene with Tikal which placed me back in the Mystic Ruins, and I closed the game. Now when I try to play Tails' story it just spawns me in the flashback area, except Tikal isn't spawning because I haven't grabbed the Rhythm Badge, which I can't do because I already have it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not. Currently I'm using the Dreamcast conversion mod and some character skins.

Maybe it's a bug with the base game (hopefully just the PC/modern console port of DX)?

I use those mods too and I haven't seen this bug yet.
