Prison block codes?

So I started a fully new game today and I reached the part where I am a prison guard. I do remember the last time I played that part and remember the codes being possible to find at the various stations and such.

However, this time there were no codes to be found anywhere and every laptop simply stating:
Block: ???
Code: 000

Am I being blind or something?

I would love to do the prison mission, but without any sort of codes I cannot progress.

What do I do?

The first code, by first I mean the code for the B block's keypad, is in the central tower displayed on the monitor. This code will be added to your Task list after you have typed in the correct code in the central tower's keypad. After you have done this, you're supposed to go to the B block and use the B block code there.

In the B block, its the same thing. The code for the C block is displayed on a monitor. If you type in the B block code on the keypad in the B block control room, the C block door opens and you can go there. It will also add the C block keypad code to your task list.

So the monitor inside the C block displays the code for the A block. Like before, if you typed in the C block code on the keypad in the C block control room, the door to the A block opens and the A block keypad code gets added to your task list.

Please check it again and make sure it works properly, because from your description, I cannot tell if you inserted the correct code on the keypads or not for example, and maybe you missed the codes entirely.

You can check the codes before you even let the prisoners escape by the way. All the sections are opened up before this, so you can run to each control room and see the code on the monitor.

You will also see that on the last monitor, the one in the A block, it shows 000, as there is more code to be put in after this.

This is not a bug. You have to visit the blocks in correct order. First key will be in the tower in the middle of the main hall. In my case the first key presented on the screen and then in my map-menu (TAB) was a key to the block C.

I'm having the same issues! The code input does not show up and the code is nowhere to be found. Can someone please help, or update when this problem will be fixed?
