Depends on in what way like it you mean. If you're looking for games with monster girls and such Monster Girl Quest and Violated Hero come to mind but they're both turn-based. For games with similar combat Ys series is the first thing that I can think of.

Sorry, my question wasn't specific enough. I actually meant this kind of humor. It's hilarious and the game doesn't take itself too serious. I also like the partly insane dialoge options which make this game stand out plus the action-sequences are quite enjoyable too. Monster girls are a welcome addition too.

For monster girls you can check Echidna Wars (NSFW though). As for humor, dialogs and item system I can think of Riviera: The Promised Land. You can also try Cave Story but it's a very hard game near the end. And it become pretty dramatic in mid-game already. But this is one of my favorite narrative-driven games so I would advise you to try it.

Cave Story have many funny moments in the beginning. But as I've said it become dramatic near the mid-game.

Cave Story - Agreed with post above
West of Loathing - humor is through the roof, RPG turn based game, but no monster girls uwu
Undertale - If you haven't played it already, this is a must. Don't get influenced by the fanbase, the game itself is a gem

Elona is a hard game with high barriers to entry. Especially if you haven't played before any classic rogue-like RPG. But its freedom dazzles. It's like anime Fallout on steroids without exact aim.

Unepic is a possibility. It's certainly has an ireverent sense of humor. Like there is a quest to help a bunch of in heat female goblins with their frustations by... well.... you do the math.

The high starting barrier of Elona also means more systems to discover = longer entertainment

If you are looking for a cute game with irreverent humor, you can try Mystik Belle. It plays like a mix between a metroidvania and a point-and-click though.
