Dust off those spellbooks.
Fair enough, just nice to have this game come to Steam since it's be relegated to GOG for a long time now.
Probably just the standard bug fixes, QOL updates, etc. I wouldn't go expecting a full on remaster, and certainly not a remake.
Just some stuff so it runs on modern systems, supports widescreen, etc. Maybe some graphical tweaks to make it pop a bit.
If I'm wrong, hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised. I only say this in case they do something silly I don't like.
Even if that was true that would be good to great. If they add two many patchs or massive fixes it would break the fan made modules that exist on the Vault. but a few updates to help it run on modern system like NWN 1 would still be good, plus while i own it on GoG i spend my time mainly on steam So having a steam copy would be nice two.
Chuckie Egg, Elite up to X3, NWN 1 & 2 and XCOM series, are pretty much what filed my 1st 30 years of gaming. I played other good games, but always ended up back on one of those.
SteamDB is connected to the Back end of steam. It's how people can see devs working on updates before they are released. That doesn't mean the game is coming but it's a good sign.
