Help! Got stuck in the latest DLC

The city council told me to help the local before letting me leave the city. I have exhausted every corner of the only two areas(the dock and the city gate), without knowing what to do next.

I believe you need to do 2 things:
1) Help the mage in the enchanted items store
2) Meet Sharwyn at the inn by the docks

I can not get to the dwarven halls to get Wulfgar after I freed him

It says you have to finish up your local quests before you go to the dwarven halls. I can't get there yet either. I don't even see the halls on any of the maps and none of the zones I have been in have a transition to them.

well I found the way you know the map you free Wulfgar. The path to it is in the west of it.

I freed Wulfgar and helped him after, but he says to meet him in Dwarven Valley and they won't let me in as guards say I don't have permission. I have cleaned all other maps, and Council says they need to see Wulfgar. So what should I do now? Seems like a bug.

I got stuck quite far into the game. Made allies, rescued towns and people, did all the fetch and smith and whatever quests, killed the big baddie`s second in command and now I cannot for the life of me find that blue shaman guy anywhere on the worldmap. Targos council is no help. Kemp asks if I have something to report, dialog option is no and then he tells me to get lost. Can anybody tell me where the blue shaman is located and how I get there? Thanks in advance!

Blue shaman is just fight before final boss fight. It happens when you need to defend Targos from assault. However you will meet blue shaman briefly in Lonelywood town when you have dealt with the witch.

Thank you! I know, I already had that Lonelywood bit. I am trying to get to that big boss fight :) What triggers the defence of Targos? I have been in and out of town but nothing happens.

Hmmm, then I must have encountered a bug. I have been to the temple, have killed the second in command and seen at least some pieces of Arctus. But no Wulfgar anywhere. Maybe I have to reload an earlier save. Thank you for your help!

EDIT: just now reloaded and indeed, it must have been some small bug with one of my savegames, the pieces of Arctus now had proper dialogue and the game progressed :)

If you check all three pieces of that Ice god... something should happen, you will be teleported out, you will have small chat with pale lady if not mistaken then she will teleport you inside a house where you will find journal of that shaman guy.
