Other games with Export/Import Character feature

Neverwinter Nights and Neverwinter Nights 2 are excellent games in my honest opinion, and one of the reasons I think so is that they both possess the Export/Import Character feature, meaning you can save a character state, with levels, equipment and permanent campaign buffs and start a new game with such saved character. The only other game I know that lets you do it is Underrail; I remember playing Baldur Gate 2 and thought it had such feature, but some said it did not, and it threw me off returning to play it once again (since I preffer DnD 3.5 over the 2nd edition anyways); Solasta, with Unfineshed Business mod has a Export/Import feature with freedom to play the campaign starting as any level, but the game supports little to no choice or story variety at all. Are there any other games with this feature? Specially newer games (Tyranny has a New Game Plus feature, but it restarts the game with stronger enemies and requires you to finish the campaign - in Neverwinter Nights you encounter random enemies scaled to your level,but the story enemies play the same)?
