The Cracked Anvil in Port Llast crashing the game?

Hey, I just encountered this issue, first last night then just now. I'm playing the main campaign and I'm in Port Llast and every time I enter the cracked anvil my mouse head turns to the "X" (where I cannot click anything) and then within 15 seconds the game crashes. I was just wondering if anyone else had this issue too, or if it's a me problem LOL.
It's honestly not a huge deal to me (unless I'm missing out on a quest) as I can talk to the other merchants in the area, but I just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else was having the same issue!

any mods? also there are no quests there, it's just two vendors inside
