If you just must have X change to your character, my other suggestion would be to install 1.69 and use leto with that then export your character and move/import your character file into EE directories in My Docs. No idea if it would work as not bothered with leto for quite some time. This involves remaking your character from scratch of course but leto can edit saves too if memory serves so maybe look into importing your character file that way.
As far as doing it in the middle of a game, could be hit or miss I'd make backups before did anything.
It does not work for everyone anymore, sadly. I had this question, too, earlier this year (or last?), and you helped me with it, but even when following all instructions to the letter there was an issue on my rig when trying to save the changes, and others experienced it too.
I'm not a 100% sure, but it might be possible to edit existing characters in-game, at character creation, and then insert them into your savegame by loading your module and savegame as a multiplayer session and selecting the modified character to be used instead of the version from the savegame?
Yea it was through the .sav file and some other steps I don't recall right now.. Wish I knew programming, as it's due to have a new editor for NwN EE.
Thanks to all for your replies!

I also tried with the app 4gb_patch, but it didn't work.
I notice that the example in the solution I reported says "32 bit machine". Maybe I'm OK because my machine is 64 bit?
That can't be the cause for the issue, as my OS is 64-bit, too, and I still get the memory warning. I haven't had the chance to try the fix suggested in your link yet though. Thanks for posting it, even if it remains to be seen whether it actually works at least for some who experience this problem.
Like Proleric, I have never had an issue with Leto 1.69, so long as you follow the instructions to the letter. It is not at all intuitive.
But as Dr Lobato referred to above there is a way to edit your character without Leto, so long as you don't want to change the initial character creation choices. In other words, you can respec your character from LVL 1 onwards, but not do a total do over.
1. save your game and export your character
2. Load your character into Pretty Good Character Creator from the vault (Search PGCC)
3. Interact with the woman and she can reset you to lvl 1 so you can respec.
4. When finished, Save and export your character.
5. Go to MP of NWN and load your save and when it asks for a character choose your new one. You will get a pop up to confirm.
6. Save the module.
Now you can play IN SP as before. Hope this helps.
Have fun :)
The OP wanted to change their character's voiceset, which I believe is not possible in-game, neither with Pretty Good Character Creator (PGC3) nor with Customize Character Override Hack (CCOH). But the voice is part of the few initial character creation choices that you actually are able to change retroactively when selecting a character for "New Game".
I think with the method described by Shia Luck it should be doable, if you select "New Game", pick e.g. "Pretty Good Character Creator", tell the game to use a premade character, select the one you saved, press "Customize", click through the appearance window, and then you get a chance to choose a voice again. Change it, enter the PGC3 module, save the character, then follow Shia's instructions, starting from point 4.
