Cross Play Question (PC/Switch)

I am trying to setup a Cross Play game between PC and Switch players. I would like the Host to be on the PC while other players on both the Switch and PC will connect to the PC Hosts Server. However, I am noticing that the Switch cannot view all the Servers available like the PC can and there is no direct connect option on the Switch.

I was wondering if there is a way to do this without having the Switch be the Host Server?

Nope. Console and Switch players cannot join games with custom content. Only Android (which is currently behind in versions) can.
