Trouble with DM Client to spawn module specific creature
Hi all

I'm planning to DM the module Ravenloft: Requiem for Jander for a group. The module is well documented, and I was running through it using the DM client to get ready. However a couple of key scenes require you to spawn module specific custom creatures/NPC. I used DM Client "creator" function and it will create standard creatures but not custom. When you try to create custom I get a sound but nothing happens. Also the list of custom creatures in the DM Client is not the same as the list of custom creatures I can see the module author created in the toolset. It looks like the list of cusom creatures from a different mod I was thinking about using and loaded in DM client. I've reproduced this issue with both newly created DM characters and pre-saved DM characters. Other DM functions work (chooser, appear, take control, etc), just not creator for custom creatures.

I found my answer on the beamdog forum. This manual fix worked for me. Here it is in-case it helps anyone

There was a DM client issue introduced in patch 1.80, which results in DMs by default not being able to see any custom palette changes made to a module. This means that when objects are added or deleted in a module in the toolset, a DM cannot see the changes, so will not be able to use the Creator to place the new items in-game.

The manual fix for this (thanks to virusman): look in your My Documents/Neverwinter Nights folder and delete the "tempclient" folder.

Thanks also to Zael for originally flagging the issue in the Neverwinter Connections Discord. This has been reported to Beamdog's official bugfix site, so hopefully the issue will be corrected in the next update.
