-- Infinitely replayable: no game is, unless it's multi-player
-- Choices matter: that can only be solo-player experience and a campaign with the story
-- In-depth DnD experience: no matter the game, it can only be an approximation to the rules. Or it can have DMs, which NWN can somewhat provide for in multi-player
In my opinion, NWN1 is the best DnD game that was available, is available and ever will be available. This is because it can have DMs and campaigns created by the community and no other game ever will provide for that (because there's no money to be made there). But your requirements focus on the gameplay, so I'd recommend to reconsider your requirements - else you won't be happy with whichever choice you make.
