Do crafting items drop in Infinite Dungeons?

I've been tinkering around with the crafting feats, and curious about creating wands for my wizards. I play entirely in Infinite Dungeons (for now, have been creating my own mods and curious about trying other mods out).

When I've given a character several levels of either Craft Weapon or Craft Armor (be it by actually rolling a new character or using the DM console commands), it doesn't seem like any crafting materials drop from the enemies or are in boxes. I can spawn materials, though, though the dm_spawnitem command, and can create wands from there.

So, in Infinite Dungeons, are crafting item drops rare? Or exist at all? The characters I've been playing I start at level 1, and most of them are under level 5, so I don't know if that plays a factor here.

I should add, I had posted this question on Reddit, but got only one reply: "Isn't ID a lootfest?" That's beside the point--the wand I want isn't guaranteed to actually drop. And I'm not sure if the crafting materials even drop at all, or I'm not doing something right.
